This is the strangest Sbux I have ever been to. It's totally bipolar in there. I guess that's what happens when you deal with "North Bethesda" all day. Still...it is very strange.
Been going to this Starbucks for over 15 yrs. Lately, they can’t seem to be bothered to read drink labels. I always sub sugar free vanilla in place of the regular vanilla. The two taste very different & it is obvious when they don’t use the sugar free syrup. I was also a barista at a different store for a number of years so I understand that sometimes things get overlooked but this has been happening constantly.Most recently, my order included a drink that specified sugar...
The staff is nice, but the regular coffee is always watered down. It tastes weak and nothing like Starbucks coffee. I've been there multiple times and it's always like that. I've had to heat it up too because it was warm, not hot. Other people have told me they avoid this location for that reason.
