My first experience with catering occurred this past Friday. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation, inviting 40 friends and relatives. Seriously the best cakes I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’m not a big cake person either but I’ve had several different varieties & they are beyond description. And best of all, vegan! At least the ones I’ve had were all vegan & absolute perfection.
