Worst staff! Rude employee!! Owner gotta change his/her staff to keep this store up n running! Ngl, I dont see myself walking into this store again.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Store has to reconsider choosing their employees. I dont get why they are rude everytime I visit this store. I’ve been to many other stores and they are always welcoming and friendly. One thing for sure, I am not coming back here.

I had the worst customer experience ever. I order 2 subs online. I immediately realize after paying for them that I could not pick up the subs at the time schedule. I called the number listed for the store several times. no one answers, its just ring and ring. so I could not change the times. when I got to the store some three hours later. I explain to the one lady that I'm sorry but I tried to call you. Her first response was No. then she said we don't have any phone in this store. I said but you have a phone number, how should I know this? she said Sorry and then process to push the subs that was sitting on the back counter toward me. I said could you please replace the subs for me? she said No. then she said, I will call my boss. after speaking in spanish for a minutes, she hand the phone to me and said you talk to her. as soon as I said hello and tried to explain the situation I was yelled at and was told that this is the store policy, it is your fault for not showing up on time. and I was liked, but I tried to call but no one answers. She keep yelling. at one point I had to raise my voice to even hear myself talk because this lady was so loud. so, I said that's fine, can you either replace my subs or just cancel and refund my money. that set her off and she again yelling about policy and how its my fault. so I left without a refund or subs.

I came into the restaurant to pickup my online order, the employee was chatting with the customer who already had her order. The employee was writing down a phone number for her. The customer said she should go because she saw me waiting. The employee said "so what let him wait". Unfortunately for her, she did not know I speak fluent spanish. Due to her extremely rude customer service, you have now lost a regular customer who lives directly across the street.

I am a subway costumer for years.. This store dont let you choose the type of bread that you like. In addition, the lady at the store was rude. I will never return.

I am a visitor from California. I have been ordering Subways for over 20 years and it was my first time that I heard I could not pick “everything “ of the veggies for my footlong Tuna. The workers there were rude and unprofessional to me and my daughter.

One of my go to Subways in the area. Just ordered a sub to go. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional as always. I never have a problem at this location. Always a positive experience for me. I really do not understand the nasty reviews some folk give this location. I work retail myself and used to work fast food too. Some people are just plain demanding and rude. Keep up the excellent service.

The young woman who served me was very pleasant, Subway is Subway ?, the sandwich was not up to the usual standard the bread was tough, they amount of meat and cheese were a bit thin and I asked for the oil and vinegar was scarce, what upset me most was the .05 cent bag charge and I understand the bag charge is required in this county, but generally it is asked whether you would like a bag, but I wasn't "asked".

The worst experience ever! If I could, I would have given negative stars. Staff there is extremely rude and disrespectful! The worst subway sandwich I ever had. Ordered veggie sandwich and the lady put 7-8 crumbs of cheddar cheese ( the least I have ever seen), upon asking she kept on repeating that it will be extra $$. She put 3 slices of tomatoes, 4 flakes of onion and green pepper! And then other lady joined and started giving me lecture about what is normal and what is not for veggie delight order and that’s how they have been trained. She said veggie delight only comes with 1 sauce. To be clear this was not my first time eating subway! The owner needs to train their staff on public dealing and how not to be rude to the customers. Will never be going back !

Absolutely disgusting. I was ordering for the first time in this particular store and after I picked the bread and chicken and cheese, they didn’t heat it up. I didn’t realize because I have went to 3 not counting this one that all heated it up so I was just looking around. Then after I picked everything else and went home when I took a bite out of my sandwich it was completely cold. I was completely confused but then I realized they didn’t heat anything up. Completely in disgust don’t ever come here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I can’t explain why, but they eliminated the 6” flatbread tuna sandwich. The store A/C is cranked up so I was freezing while my wife ate her sandwich.
