Using a coupon at this branch felt unwelcome, as the staff clearly showed their displeasure when I presented it. This was my first time visiting the store—I came only because a coupon was mailed to me, and I wanted to test its authenticity. Although I was eventually served, it was done reluctantly and without the warmth one would expect.

Bad customer service. The man who is at front (which I think is the manager) is incredibly rude he yelled at me just because I was grabbing extra napkins. Bathrooms are dirty and smelly, and they don’t accept coupons, I would usually come here for emergencies when didn’t bring my own lunch from home, but never going to this place again!

Yesterday, I bought a foot-long tuna sandwich from this location. I ate half of it and stored the other half in the refrigerator. After eating the first half, I felt sick but didn’t attribute it to the sandwich. Two hours later, I took the other half out of the fridge and ate it. I felt sick again, which made me think the tuna was stale or something similar.

Did not want to do his job I think he was a store manager at the time . I just wanted a foot long sandwich and I wanted extra meat on my sandwich- I would have pay anything for my food even extra. He yelled at me and told me no . That is extra and was very mad at me for trying to get extra meat on my food I just said . Never mind in left the subway because I was just trying to feed my family with no problems. I hope upper Management does something about him & this store .problem.

This location is so cheap. The only location around that does not take the subway coupons. Their reasoning "we open 24/7." Okay? And what about the people who want to use them during regular business hours.
