The food was okay, typical subway. Clean food bar, a bit frozen but edible.The service was a nightmare though!!!!Beware the bathroom warden!!! You have to be a paying customer to use the bathroom. You need a passcode to use their dirty, disgusting bathroom, which looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80s. It's unisex. There is no changing table for a baby.I think what irked me the most was. I was asking them how much I had on a gift card because we were actively trying to order food. And they couldn't/wouldn't look up the amount. They told us to go on the website which wasn't working. The phone number that they give you, actually tells you to go on the website than hangs up on you. So I'm standing there with one kid bawling because she had to go potty but they wouldn't give her the passcode to use the bathroom because we hadn't bought anything yet and the 2 month old baby bawling because she wanted a warm bottle and the guy couldn't provide any form of warm water. This momma was stressed!!!!

Food is as you’d expect for a quick lunch run.At this location the owner is stingy though, I ordered a footlong sub and he only put 3 scoops that were barely even full to start with, and when I told him the standard is 4 scoops he proceeded to charge a $1 extra.I left him with the sandwich. It only happens when he’s on the floor, the employees are not like that.

I should have read the reviews before I placed an online order. For a 24/7 location and the high traffic it gets, they don't accept any coupons as other yelpers have mentioned.I needed a sub for lunch and was in a rush, I was happy at first that this location was open 8am.I went in, add my app said that my order was ready. I go to the counter and I guess the manager or person working was the only one there. He doesn't greet or say anything. I'm like, hi, I'm picking up for Shelly. He barks and says I need to see your phone. Dude there is a nicer way to ask.He was like that with others too. Not a pleasant dude.Once lunch hit, I see my sandwich, I should have check there.My sandwich was made sloppy. Causing it to be soggy. Later on I wasn't feeling so good. Not sure if the ingredients were fresh. Whether it was or not, I won't return. Service was not good, and food wasn't good. I dont recommend.
