This Lady Named Dayana Was really mean and she Installed us just for putting our finger on the glass because she didn’t wanna clean over and over again and she’s cursing at us

I was looking at what vegetables I wanted to get for my sandwich and touched the glass this lady Dayana comes and yells at me to stop touching. The glass because she doesn’t wanna clean again I’m only 14 years old I was with my mom she I accidentally touched the glass by accident I was looking for the vegetables I wanted to get my sandwich and Dayana yells at me with force and my mom gave me permission to give this review Because I feel so bad because she literally screamed at me for touching the glass with my pointer finger. I was literally pointing to the thing that I really really wanted to my on my sandwich. My mom defended me. She’s literally so rude. DON’T EVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Today I visited the store with my 14-year-old daughter she told me that she wanted it in her sanwish and she showed me in glass if I touched the glass when I showed it to the cashier but Mrs. Dayana very upset told me things to the girl I was on the line with my daughter she didn't do anything wrong by showing what she wanted in her sanwish I told her I have many years of visiting this restaurant but since that Mrs. Dayana is in that store it doesn't make me want to visit I understand that as a costumer I don't have to be treated like that only she told me I always make very large purchases in the store but that lady has serious problems why only angry she walks I get to buy products I don't have any problems with the other cashiers they are very good but I would like you to take action with this person because it's not the first time thank you very much for your attention

I just left from out there with me and my kids I haven’t been in a sub for a very long time and I was just trying get a sub for me and my kids to have poolside but the girl behind the counter seem like she couldn’t answer one simple question about what’s the big size you have she said look up that’s how much it is very rude and I could’ve been very ignorant but I don’t match ignorant people I will never be back to this place

Today I visited Subway in Flower Hill in Gaithersburg md by the Sup Giant. The employees do not understand English. I was very difficult to understand what they were saying ? very experience ?

They have a stainless cover to block the proteins from view of the customer. Never seen this before at a subway. It’s really gross that you can’t see the cleanliness or condition of the meats/cheeses, nor can you see if they appropriately portion. It’s shady. Won’t return.

Today, I visited the Subway at Flowerhill Shopping Center- Store # 26944-0 and was very disappointed with the customer service received from Milagros. My mother and I initially requested cheese bread and wheat bread, but upon learning that wheat bread was unavailable, we changed our order to Italian bread. Milagros rudely informed us that we couldn't have two Italian breads because we were using a coupon and she needed to save them for online orders.

Despite another associate confirming we could have the Italian bread, Milagros's attitude remained unprofessional. She slammed our items down and rushed our order, even interrupting our conversation in a disrespectful manner. This experience, combined with a confusing menu and unhelpful staff, has led me to decide not to return to this location. If I had visit this store reviews prior to my visit I would’ve never stop by.

Rude lady’s working at the counter. I come her a couple times a week and I won’t be back. I used to manage 3 subway locations in FL and these girls don’t do anything right. Atleast when they’re in a good mood u can coach them. Tonight how they were acting towards customers was disgusting. To my surprise I received the same treatment even as a regular. They never cook the steak properly, they just toast it on the bread. Ok I can deal w that. But this time she got mad at me bcs I asked her to seperate the cheese. Like this crazy lady put a block of cheese on my sandwich and told me it would melt in the toaster. I’ve seen stupid before don’t get me wrong but my mind was blown. I told her it’s not that hard, can u please just seperate the cheese. Then when it came time for sauce I ask for light everything. I can go for a swim on my sandwich. And she wouldn’t give me jalapeños, I had to beg for 3 of them. Each time I’d ask she would put one. Maybe giving me a hard time because I said light everything, but I thought that was an option, I wasn’t even edible, went in the trash,. Anyways. Rant over. Don’t go here. They suck

You would think that if the store closes at 9 PM, then you would be able to order food without being told to "hurry up, we're about to close " when you came in 15m beforehand - Alan was very rude and isn't cut out for the night shift. Perhaps he was having a bad day, so that's why I added a star. And they had to search the fridge for the food they stored away... oops!
