Went to order on the app and it was not working. I asked and was just told the "everyone has problems with the app". I asked if they could just honor the coupon from the app and they refused. Waste of time.

Stay away this place is shady. They will process your payment and refuse to give you the order. Then say it takes days to get the order back. Sounds like a complete front for a form a fraud.

Starting off with the transaction port, they were asking for my ID and my card and why would I need that if I'm buying food then we obviously show proof get my food get home and I open up my food and it looks like this I didn't get lettuce which I ordered didn't get mayo which I ordered again didn't get buffalo sauce, so this is just very disappointing. Some of my siblings ordered as well and it wasn't what they ordered.
The manger, who is a older lady, took 7 dollars i gave her, put 6 dollars on the receipt and kept my extra dollar. She is a theft.

First time being in a subway in a decade and I think this will be the last Stopped in today for the free 6"promotion. Nobody explained what the promotion was and I ordered the #7 the Mexicali. It's sad there's barely any lettuce, a teaspoon of avocado but at least the tomatoes are visible. Wife ordered the veggie deluxe but it wasn't on the promotion. It was the same as the Mexicali without chicken and added olives. Instead of applying the promotion, she refused it. The sandwich lady proceeded to SLAM DUNK that sandwich in the garbage like she was in the NBA. Points for the dunk. Negative points for the service. Better to go somewhere else.

Despite a "mask required" sign on the door a large family just walked in here, no one wearing masks and no one said anything.I realize you can't force people, but aren't the employees supposed to say something? Most places will refuse service. Apparently the employees don't care about the law or the health of the patrons unlucky enough to be here right now.

I can only guess that during the pandemic some stores are having difficulty keeping certain items in stock I have actually been to two Subways in the last couple weeks and each of them were out of certain items otherwise the food was good in the staff were very nice the store set up help with social distancing
