I'm surprised this place is even still open. The place is understaffed and they just throw the sandwich together. The bread wasn't fresh, and they still had a low stock. This place is poorly managed. My chocolate chip cookie tasted like strawberries or something like that. Every time I go here, I'm disappointed and they only accept select coupons. Im officially done... I will go to Potbelly, or other place from now on.

This person is the worst. I went for an order I made online and when you were going to pick it up, he dropped it and he just wanted to put it in the bag when he was supposed to change it because he dropped it on the floor. It could be that this restaurant doesn't care about the health of the customer. If this person doesn't like the job, why are they there? Then he told his colleague to make another one and asked me to confirm the order and then refused to give it to me. If I had food, I would have told him and I would have bought it, but they shouldn't be in a place where they don't respect the food of others

I was at the restaurant, it says they open at 9 and 9:08 and the person didn't serve and the response was that she isn't the one who opens that's why she can't serve. How can she put a person who provides that service to the customer? If they have a schedule in the store, they should be more responsible in providing attention

Yesterday I purchased a footlong Beast sandwich via mobile order. Upon getting home the sandwich looked very underwhelming and did not have all the meat + extra veggies.

I’ve ordered this same sandwich at least a dozen times and yesterday was very disappointing. Upon calling the store they said it had 6 slices of each meat + cheese which it clearly did not. They told me to come in the following day and I did with a picture, upon entering the lady keep insisting it was the correct size but then agreed to make me a replacement 6’.

Upon doing it she made an equally as sad sandwich which nowhere near 6 slices of meat. Then she keeps stating “I don’t believe you.”

I have ordered the exact sandwich many times and have photos of it from other occasions. This was a very bad experience from the Muddy Branch Subway.

Horrible customer experience. When I ask them for vegetable toppings, they just add 2-3 pieces of each vegetable. When I ask for more, they just add one piece of vegetable. Should I just eat the bread? I could have even gone to a grocery store and bought a bread for diner instead of coming here.

I would give only zero rating if there is an option.

I'm tired of these customers talking on the foods without wearing a mask and and one of the customers serving me cough on my food multiple times, I'm getting sick of this and the most annoying is that they don't even speak English, I'm trying to elaborate but they can't even understand what I'm saying it's annoying fire these people.
