Horrible customer experience. When I ask them for vegetable toppings, they just add 2-3 pieces of each vegetable. When I ask for more, they just add one piece of vegetable. Should I just eat the bread? I could have even gone to a grocery store and bought a bread for diner instead of coming here.
I would give only zero rating if there is an option.

I'm tired of these customers talking on the foods without wearing a mask and and one of the customers serving me cough on my food multiple times, I'm getting sick of this and the most annoying is that they don't even speak English, I'm trying to elaborate but they can't even understand what I'm saying it's annoying fire these people.

I went there a couple days ago. They had expired lettuce. It made me very sick. Had to take a day off from work.
I asked them to change the gloves and she replied with another level of arrogance. Even while making my order they didn't treat me well. Too much arrogance in employees.

I visited this establishment on 08/11 at 9:05 pm, well before their posted closing time of 10:00 pm. Unfortunately, I was met with an unpleasant surprise when two employees, without any explanation, rudely insisted that they were closed. I understand that they may not be responsible for updating their hours online, but there's no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. A simple, polite explanation would have made all the difference. Customer service is key, and this experience was far from acceptable.
The two ladies who work here work their butt off. The food is usually pretty good and done correctly. We like going here! We have ordered on the app and in person without issues. There's a little wait sometimes but they're the only ones and they're busy.

Lady acted like i was lying about having ordered online. She gestured me to leave as if i DIDNT ORDER MY FOOD FROM THE APP. she also was cutting the veggie sandwichs in half with a blue tuna knife.

Bad experience at this store. Would not recommend doing business with them. I ordered and paid for sandwich through Subway app. On reaching there at the "ready by" time, the store was closed (well within their stated open hours). On complaining, I got an email the next day saying they are looking to 'improve' their performance. No sorry, and no refund. They just would not respond to further requests for refund. Cheating customers is not the way to do business. Shame on you.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bread not baked. Only two staff on duty. Both could care less about the customers lined up waiting. Not communicating with customers waiting. Out of different ingredients on bar. Moving extremely slow. Online orders backed up by 30 minutes. Dining area is dirty and has equipment stored precariously in the floor which is clearly unsafe. Employee fussing with the other. Multiple cross contamination violations noticed while standing here waiting. Customers returning after leaving with wrong orders including cold chicken supposedly on a hot sandwich order. Zero stars if such was an option. I’ve never experienced this at any subway store ever. Definitely need to call the health department.
