Staff was arguing with each other about how to ring or how to make a sandwich made a mistake on my order chart overcharged me and then didn’t know what to do or how to solve. I will never return to this location. Do not

The skimpiest sandwiches around and missing ingredients. Nasty brown lettuce. 3 tomatoe slices per foot long sandwich, almost non-existent lettuce and onions. Worst subway I've ever been too.

Poor service to begin with, and now won't accept coupons. There's no sign or other explanation that they don't take them. Why? You're a Subway. Go to a different

Worst Subway sub I’ve ever had. Bread was dry and crumbling, at least a couple days old (not toasted). Lettuce and tomato were practically nonexistent. Amazing these people are in business. If I were Subway, I’d revoke their franchise. They’re an embarrassment to the brand.

This is my go to Subway and usually the service is friendly and quick. Today, however the store was very busy, long line with folks ordering multiple items. They really needed another worker on duty. One lady was very friendly and quick, going back and fourth between making sandwiches and ringing up orders. The other lady seemed To be in a daze, not really focusing on the customers. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order. I work retail so I do know payroll may be tight. But the owner of the shop needs to be aware of her/his busy times and schedule enough people

This Subway location is very cheap on turkey portion. I ordered a foot long turkey sub and the turkey doesn’t even touch each other in my sub. I had to pay extra for double turkey just to actually taste the turkey. ? Compared to other sub places, you end up paying more to get normal portions of turkey, so go elsewhere.

TL;DR: The customer service at this location is poor. I am all about supporting my local community and its businesses, and I understand that we all come from different cultures and backgrounds. However, if you are working in a business where there is a language barrier, there are going to be some problems.I do not speak Spanish, and the employee who was supposed to be helping me did not speak English. How was I supposed to communicate what I wanted to purchase? My cheese was thrown on top of my sandwich, compared to everyone else's, it looked like it didn't even receive any love. And when it came to the condiments, they were just tossed and patted down, like someone was making a sandcastle at the beach. I noticed that the condiments were all piled up in one spot, and not spread out evenly. In other words, one side of my sandwich was covered in condiments, and the other side was bare. When I tried to explain to the employee that only 3/4 of my sandwich was covered, and asked her to spread the condiments out evenly, I was met with a "huh" and a "qué," as if I was speaking a foreign language. Once again, a language barrier is not good for business.I am not the type of person to leave a bad review unless it is warranted. When I do leave a review, I start with, "Let me tell you what happened here!" I thought it was just me, but this location needs to focus on its customer service. The employee knew that I did not speak Spanish, and she still made fun of me in Spanish when I walked out. She started by saying, "It's okay." No, it is not okay. What you said about me was not cool. On top of that, the employees say all sorts of things about you and other people in Spanish right in front of you and to your face.I am disappointed with the customer service at this location. I hope that the management will take steps to improve the situation.I hope this is helpful!

Went yesterday at 7pm to get 2 subs. Hardly any sauce or veggies on sandwich. The staff is just not putting anything in there. All bread. The sub was so dry. This was my last visit. This joint is stingy when it comes to making subs. Is the owner noticing these reviews at all?
