The food is good, but one of the tines of my fork broke off. I searched and searched but could not find it in my bowl, so I assume I must have swallowed it.
While I admire Sweetgreen's sustainability goals, I have to assume that the compostable plastic forks used are not as sturdy as regular plastic forks. Given the elevated prices of the food here compared to similar fast-casual places, I would strongly recommend using real metal forks and washing them, which satisfy both sustainability considerations as well as the practical necessity of utensils which don't disintegrate during normal use.

$15 for a side salad portion. I don’t know what happened to sweetgreen they used to have warm proteins, good portions and great customer service. The harvest bowl I got was incredibly disappointing it cost near $15 and was not even close to filling the bowl. P.S the harvest bowl has apple slices in it too. $5 to whoever can find the apple slices in the picture. (There is none)

Terrible compared to competition. $17 for the most basic bowl with like chicken and four things in it, every other topping over four, they wanted to charge me $1.50.
I did give in and say I wanted some cheese even though it was extra and after telling me it was $1.50 for cheese, she literally proceeded to put less than a teaspoon of shredded cheese on my plate. $1.50 for a teaspoon of cheese? You've got to be kidding me. Nope. I asked her to put a little more and she literally put 1/10th of a teaspoon more. Never coming here again.

First time going here and the food was really good. My issue was that half the items on the menu are "online only" but the Internet service at this location is so bad that it was impossible, even using their wifi, to order an "online only" menu option. The businesses at this strip mall have known about the bad Internet for years, so its not their fault but whoever the management company is should step up and fix it. The staffer was able to make the salad using a laminated card, as if it was ordered online, so I'm not sure the point of that system but the restaurant was clean and the food was healthy with lots of vegetarian protein options.
As a regular at this location, I was surprised to see the ratings slipping. Sweetgreen is one of the only redeeming aspects of Downtown Crown. You want a quality salad and are willing to pay for it? That’s what they’ve got. Employees are always kind and helpful, and the interior is always clean and orderly. My order is always ready in a reasonable amount of time. The only negative aspect is probably that, if they do make a mistake (it’s still operated by human beings, after all), you can’t reach them on the phone, and that’s something corporate should probably sort out. Customers should always be able to contact a service point in the event of an error.

The phone number is a rouse… There is literally no one to call into this store- no substitutions on app for delivery. This store works by apps only for delivery. If you don’t want your salad made as they make it… order in and Carry out. I’ve ordered twice for $40 they give you a meager amount through delivery. The bowl is not even filled. Want to substitute or add a mix. No no… you have only one option for delivery. OR choose to pick it up.
