Went to Sweetgreen with my family. The staff person seemed like she was perhaps new. Not sure. But she was fine, and no issues with our order. Got our order ready, we paid by credit card and we left. Many weeks later I noticed that we were double charged for the ticket. We were charged twice for the very same amount within a few moments. Once I noticed this I contacted the regional headquarters and asked them to adjust as there were 3 of us. We got 2 salads and a small kids meal for $38. It was charged twice. The regional manager was adamant that I was wrong and we absolutely must have made 2 separate purchases, within moments of each other - for the exact same amount. Seems pretty unlikely to me but they stuck by that and were not willing to budge. So they lost long-time customers over $38 which they stole from us. This isn't a Gaithersburg store issue. This is a Sweetgreen corporate issue.

There are a couple of employees here who like to talk about and make fun of customers within earshot. The manager (name starts with an A) also likes to not give full portions and then charge extra when you ask for a full portion. Very disappointed with this location and I hope that when I return the two sarcastic employees are not there.

I ordered a kale ceasar salad and when it arrived the chicken was dry and hard..it was overcooked. I had to throw the chicken away... do not order from here after noon. Dinner ruined!

Its a salad place. Hard to f up a salad. Its also healthy, which is good. Its actually pretty expensive. But, they have a lot of salad options I had not considered. Stay away from the crunchy rice. That sound of the crunch reverberates from the teeth along my temple. I did not enjoy the crunchy rice. So, it's an expensive healthy option. I'll give it another try. Sans rice.

My wife and I have been loyal Sweetgreen customer at the Gaithersbur, MD location for over 2 years. The salads were exceptional until this last visit. It looks like the quality of their ingredients have really fallen off. The broccoli was disgusting with a rubbery taste that I couldn't chew. My wife ordered a tofu salad that was also disgusting. I know the company is trying to turn a profit but please don't do it at the expense of quality.

This Sweetgreen is very clean and exceptionally well managed. The staff took the time to provide my daughter with plastic bags to protect her new uggs from the rain, and they held onto and returned the wallet she left there. So very kind - wonderful people.

I really wanted to like this place but I just can't. This was just not good and way overpriced. Salmon was super overcooked and dry. Every time we've ordered here it is just not a good value for the price. Chopt, Cava, Mezze all so much better.

While I like Sweetgreen overall, I think this location really over-dresses their salads (even when you tell them to just put a light amount), which can lead to wilting greens when you're ordering food to-go. I've also had some situations where my food has not tasted the freshest, such as the greens, cheeses, or the meats. Overall though, this is one of the healthier spots you can go in the immediate area if you're looking for a quick lunch. The restaurant space is clean, and the staff are overall very friendly. I don't think I'll stop coming here, but most the time the food I've gotten here has been just okay.

I especially love all the environmentally friendly efforts that this business promotes. The inside dining area was roomy and very clean with designated waste receptacles for compost, recycling, and landfill. There is also a cozy outside space with several dining tables.

Sweetgreen is delicious and nutritious. This one is no different. I love the location and the space, it's very open and welcoming, plenty of room for pondering your order and for dining indoors or outdoors.There is a clear list of ingredients and sources, the menu is easy to follow, the pick up area is easy to use, and the staff are friendly and efficient. There is only good commentary for this sweetgreen!Also, there is plentiful parking in either the nearby parking garage or in the parking lot shared with Harris Teeter. So, really easy to get your food here!

This was my first order with SweetGreen and, needless to say, it was a most unsatisfactory experience. The order was provided with all correct information but never delivered after waiting over 1.5 hours, almost twice their estimated delivery time. You can't speak with a human being to inquire about the status of your order -- they direct you to a chat service that tells you they will get back to you in 24 hours via e-mail. I realize mistakes occur, but this location has no way of correcting the mistakes. I will never use them again.
