I stopped in for a quick lunch by myself. Ordered from counter and service was fast and friendly. My tacos were really good. Someone (probably manager) stopped by my table to make sure everything was satisfactory, which i appreciated. The food was good, the place was clean and people were friendly.

Man - have the service really gone down hill! I came here Tuesday night and called in an order for just 2 tacos. The cashier taking the call had a hard time understanding my order and had to ask multiple times what I was ordering. It seemed more like he didn't pay attention and was distracted by something else. I came to pickup my order and showed my government ID for bogo gov shutdown deal and he immediately said he couldn't apply it, while last week at this same location they were able to do the discount with a call in order. He then asked the manager to assist and she said it couldn't be done either. During the whole time they seemed to be more interested in closing the store and socializing with each other than selling me tacos. I left and went to their Rockville location where they applied the discount with no issues. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location, in prior visits they have messed up orders with wrong items. While I have never had such issues at their Rockville location.
UPDATE: Emailed the manager below - no response. Not surprised honestly. I guess they just reply to these comments to look like they care.

It always a great idea to stop in at Taco Bamba. I came In this particular time and age with a few friends. Ervin made a few recommendations for us to try instead of me getting my usual. We got the Pack the bowl and carne asada. FIREEE as everything else haha.. but huge shoutout to Ervin! Thanks bro!

Food was really good! They have solid options for Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday, for sure. My only complaints are the drinks and the seating. The cocktails tasted a bit like a premade mix ā Iām more of a āshaken cocktailā person myself. Also, the seating wasnāt the most comfortable and didnāt feel ideal for hanging out too long.

I recommend anybody that likes tacos come here and enjoy not just tacos and alcohol If you like a good time in general, then I think taco Bamba the best place to eat lunch at I asked the bartender( to surprise me me a drink that Was whiskey & Scott related and he made me a wonderful citrusy drink sweet and sour and it was the best I come here all the time for the Al pastor tacos and those are so beautifully made everytime so I give this restaurant 1000%%%% please keep up the good work yāall.ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø-Love Jaziah Food Critic.

My review is based on the quality of the food. My partner and I visited this location for lunch and in the afternoon we both had to be rushed to the hospital. I order a birria tacos and my partner order enchiladas. We both were hospitalized for two days with food poisoning. I strongly urge to stick away from those two dishes. I will not be returning to this or any Taco Bamba location.
