I ordered a breakfast cheesy toasted burrito yesterday morning. It was not cooked well and had a funny taste. I went ahead and throw it. This is the second time this happen. I was sick for two days last time I ate same thing. It didn’t occur to me that was the problem until yesterday. It doesn’t look clean or cooked well. So I decided not to go there anymore. Sometimes may be what’s the reason you don’t see a line in their drive thru.

For Taco Bell it's above average the several times I went Not great but definitely not bad at all. Clean and friendly, pretty much what you should expect. (Chicken soft tacos and a quesadilla is my go to).
Can't believe this place is still in business!!! First time at the location, couldn't get anyone to help. There were no cars in the driveway and no customers waiting. Staff was just yapping while ignoring my presence and my questions. Well, one thing for sure, in today's economy, most people wont support businesses that have poor customer service. So, Thank you!
The young lady that helped me this morning who asked me to wait 7 mins for my food was outstanding! I couldn’t even be mad that I had to wait because she was so customer service oriented it was amazing! Thank you so much for your help. The food was great and she gave me a coupon for the wait.

although they got my order completely correct, They did not separate my order by using the actual Cravings Box's. Instead the store fell short on protocol and left it up to me to separate by throwing all 5 customized Cravings Box orders in a paper bag. Which means I had to open 15 items separating them in 5 piles with 3 items each. They should have used the actual Cravings Box boxes that are supplied by the company and labeled each box.Also the Cinnabon Delights® 12 Pack were barely room temp, old, and crunchy! Not like they should be, between warm and hot, fresh, soft, and gooey.

Checked bag after getting it in drive thru from ordering on the app. Thought we were missing a Chipotle melt but was missing soft taco. Looped back around and asked them for Chipotle melt thinking that was missing. Immediately heard someone in the back say they're lying. Yes I was wrong in saying I was missing the wrong item but I was still missing an item. Gave them the bag to check and instead of double checking the order and seeing that there were only FIVE items in the bag instead of SIX then we wouldn't have had this issue. Not appropriate to call someone a liar without all the proof.

Absolutely unprofessional she introduced herself as a shift manager when she was politely asked if some more packages of mild sauce could be added. She immediately refused. I have never heard of such a thing before. Very poor behavior.
