I really liked the experience since I am a big fan of birria, the boy is very friendly and the food is super exquisite! 100% recommended, if you feel like eating birria you have options, birria pizza, birria ramen, quesabirria, birria tacos! Finally you can get out of the routine and try this place!?

Beautiful little food truck with absolutely delicious birria tacos! The al pastor tacos were also amazing. Prices are mid-level, next to a busy road, but we had fun sitting at the picnic benches in front. The service was also incredible. We will be returning!

This food truck had become one of our favorite places to have lunch with our coworkers because of its delicious seasoning. We went sometimes up to 3 days a week, everything was delicious and fast, but unfortunately it lost almost all the good things it had to begin with. Several days ago, they began to It takes too long to deliver the orders, they take forever to take the order because they don't even know what they sell or the menu well. We asked about some meals how they were going and the person serving had no idea, he didn't know how to explain well and they accumulate many orders in the table was not delivered, I spent 15 to 20 minutes waiting and decided that my orders had already been ready several minutes ago but they never delivered it to me and that happened to me several times lately and when it came time to collect it took another eternity and for them to give me my water Fresh ones were worse and when I was there waiting for my order with construction people I heard the same complaints and annoyances from them that they were not going to return because they couldn't eat because of the delay in not delivering the food to us because it was We spent the entire lunch time waiting and the worst thing is that when they deliver the orders the food is already half frozen because they don't deliver it, it just comes out like they used to before but we keep going because even half hot the food was still good but what Our patience was completely exhausted. It was the case last Wednesday that the opposite of delivering the orders late, these were delivered quickly as it used to be before, but they gave us waste for food, some tacos with almost burnt meat and no flavor and in the other order The tacos were good, two the meat was too salty and in the others the roast was still half raw with blood in some pieces completely disgusting and the customer service was worse, a skinny guy couldn't get rid of a morbid look with which I made him too uncomfortable
It is sad to give these criticisms but I hope it helps whoever it may concern so that they can improve all those bad aspects and have more awareness in us workers who give us little time for lunch and we trust you to give us something good and fast and it is not fair that, paying full prices, they do not give us what they charge us
They lose several clients because with so many inconveniences they have had lately they don't make them want to return.

I stopped by here to get a quick dinner, and ended up ordering Asada Torta for my girl and 4Tacos (2x Asada, cabeza, and chorizo) for myself. The service relatively was fast and friendly, and the food was overall pretty good. I'd give the torta 5 stars and the Tacos 4 stars. Overall im satisfied and would go again.

The staff is very friendly, the taco truck is nice and catchy. But the food was very disappointing with. I asked for tacos de lengua/tongue. Aside from the lengua having no taste it wasn't even lengua it was like dry boiled meat that looked like meat that's meant to be shredded very dry and hard . It tasted like cardboard no flavor to it. One tiny piece of lemon for 4 tacos. Not worth it . Save your money and try another taco truck you can get your moneys worth somewhere else. I called them and they didn't do anything about it but say sorry.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Customer service was great. The food truck is painted beautifully but the food lacks flavor. It smells absolutely divine, but when you take a bite... I hate to be harsh but they need help asap.
The menu is big with lots of fun items. For my first time here, I wanted to try some classics. My boyfriend and I split the torta de res, taco de pastor and taco de camaron.
The torta was delicious! It’s a huge sandwich, so I recommend sharing. the bolillo bread they use is so soft and fresh. The meat was good and reminded me more of a cheesesteak kind of meet which I am not used to on a torta. The toppings and salsas (verde and roja) made the sandwich special.
Taco de pastor- one of my personal favorite tacos, so I was really disappointed that the meet was so dry. The pineapple and salsas made it salvageable.
Taco de camaron- the shrimp is so small, they have no seasoning and the toppings are sad strips of ice burg lettuce and diced tomatoes. It was bland. We didn’t even bother eating more than one bite.
Overall, it was a good first experience. I was hoping a classic menu item like the tacos would be amazing, but they were meh. However, I plan to give them a second chance (for science). I will come back for the torta and to try the other menu items.
Some things to note: prices are not listed anywhere. I didn’t ask for a receipt, so I don’t know how much each item cost. (My total was around $20.)
