If you haven’t had the onion rings, you’re missing out. If they aren’t the best on the east coast, they’re the best in the dmv. They will make any swaps you need for dietary restrictions super easy as well!

We got burgers from here for new years since 5 Guys was closed. Blah! They were not good. Only one person of the four of us finished his burger because he was super hungry but didn't enjoy it. All of us got double bacon cheese burgers. I do not recommend this place. Just eat 5 Guys.

It’s really unfortunate that we had this awful experience because the food was pretty good. The milkshakes were awesome. I ordered dinner for our family of four on the app for carry out. Ordering process was easy and quick. Requested it be ready at a specific time and it was. When we went to pick it up, we went inside and got our bag of food. someone who looked to be a manager stopped us, looked in the bag, said “that’s not yours” and removed an item. When we got home (about a 15 minute drive) we were missing an entire meal. I’m assuming that’s what she removed from the bag. We also realized that one of the add-ons we requested on a meal - $2 chunky avocado - was also left off. I tried to call and couldn’t speak to a human, let alone anyone from my local restaurant. I even selected to place an order just to get to a human. That person directed me to their online
“Comment/feedback” section and someone would contact me. That person also said they aren’t allowed to direct my call anywhere, they just work in a call center. Seriously? What if I wanted my missing item instead of a refund? Again, super unfortunate because the food was decent but I still haven’t heard from anyone, either from the store or not, about a refund on my missing items. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Vegetarian options: Veggie burger was great - even notified you that one onion option would not be vegetarian.

Donna the manager is just perfect. She is wonderful she is very helpful, nice, and just on top of everything and that’s not only for customers that’s for her staff as well she is so kind to them. the staff is very quick also.

My husband and I love visiting Habit Burger Grill in Gaithersburg, Maryland! As pescatarians, we always go for the Ahi Tuna Filet sandwich and Roasted Cauliflower with garlic aioli — both are always fresh and flavorful. We also recommend the Strawberry Limeade craft juice, which is a refreshing choice with any meal, not too sugary and perfectly light.

The restaurant is always spotless, including the restrooms, which are maintained to the highest standards. The atmosphere is lively, and we often see families, couples, and friends enjoying their meals together.

It was wonderful to overhear a patron behind us say, "The burgers are amazing," especially seeing that my husband and I are pescatarian. It shows the range of great options here for all kinds of diners.

Donna, the manager, runs a smooth operation. We overheard her thanking her staff with, "Thank you guys for today. You did an awesome job," which is a reflection of the positive and efficient service.

For delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a welcoming, clean environment, Habit Burger in Gaithersburg is a must-visit!

I would like to give Credit to where is humbly Due!!! As a Former GM I understand what it takes to run a food establishment. Donna the GM of your location “awesome is an understatement” along with her staff. Everyone there was amazing. She really created an awesome experience for myself and son and would recommend anyone to get great food, experience, and a family oriented atmosphere while enjoying comfort food!
