Great burgers. I love the teriyaki burger- very few places make these and you can even get any burger in a lettuce wrap. Honestly this is my fave burger- even better than their cheddar one. Teriyaki has a great flavor, yummy crispy onion rings and the dragonfruit lemonade is to die for!! You can order from the app or counter or at the kiosk which is my preference. Staff are always upbeat and cheerful. Food is good eaten there or to go. They take great care to pkg your food to go- ie package the fries/onion rings separate from the burger..Always a nice napkin on top of the fries/onion rings. If you like spicy try the pepper bar!! Jalapenos, banana peppers and chili peppers all pickled. Great snack!!

Cheeseburger and Fries were delicious, and the cost very reasonable! Order from a kiosk, grab a seat, and they text your phone when it’s ready for you to pick up a tray with your food. Serve yourself drink dispenser. Clean tables and friendly staff. Would definitely eat there again.

Great experience. But this location in Germantown, MD cooked my chicken nuggets too long and fries were not fresh. Perhaps it was a bad batch of food. I still recommend getting some food there.

I specifically asked for freshly fried French fries so that they wouldn't be cold, but the fries I got were cold.

We got their chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was juicy and fries were perfectly cooked and very tasty. It was all worth it.

It was ok. I got a char with cheese and the onion rings. The strawberry 🍓 lemonade was good. I think I like those other Guys a little better. 🤷‍♂️
