The shop burger was good but really not much better than the impossible whopper at Burger King in my opinion. I also got the chili cheese fries - they were ok but my delivery took quite some time so they were no longer hot and "fresh". I don't blame the restaurant or delivery service for that - but maybe the fries aren't the best choice unless you are able to pick up yourself or live closer than I do.

This place is AMAZING… when the food is correct. Excellent flavors and combinations. I’ve unfortunately had really mixed reviews here. I now prefer to pick up my food to make sure it’s right. They often forget the condiments / make substitutions without letting you know on DoorDash. An example would be cheese fries- they didn’t know to melt the cheese so they just put it unmelted on top of the fries. Another example: burgers come with lettuce tomato onion on the side but they forgot this. Making the burger just meat, cheese, bun. Not acceptable for the cost.

Location on Google is wrong. Look up “Dog Haus” next door and bring this menu with you (they dont have a physical menu), or just order delivery online.Other than that, great food, great atmosphere.Only reason 4/5 stars is for the initial confusion about location and menu

What is it with this location not being able to take orders? People seem nice enough but their system just does NOT work. So, I found the Impossible Shop online today when looking for a place to eat, then tried to find my way to it -- couldn't find it anywhere, it's not a physical location despite what GPS says. So I called the phone # and asked where they were, and they said inside Dog Haus. Well, that was interesting because I have only been to that location once before: I tried to go to Dog Haus two years ago; I'd entered, couldn't find anyone to take an order despite much effort, gave up after several minutes of trying and left. Afterwards I got a nice note offering to compensate me with a free dog if I were willing to try again, which I appreciated, but I never took them up on it because I just never had another lunch when I was willing to take the risk of having my time wasted again. So anyway, that's my history with this location. So today I am steered back into the same location for the first time in two years -- and I can't find anything inside indicating where Impossible Shop is. This time I'm able to ask someone for a menu and they give me one, but I'm extremely confused because it's not at all like the Impossible Shop menu I'd seen online. I look it over on both sides several times and eventually ask -- what's the deal? Where are the menu items that had tempted me to try the place online? They said -- well, you can just look up the menu online and then tell us what you want and we'll make it. WTF? So OK, I try to pull up the menu online, and. . . Well, there's no cell reception in there, it turns out. I wait and wait and can't pull up their menu. Finally they tell me they have wifi service. I try that, but I get a prompt saying I need to log in. When I get their attention again I note the problem, and they say I need to put my email address in. Well, there's no place for me to do that, and good grief, why do I have to provide my email address just to get access to a blasted menu? Finally I decided to just bag it and leave. Two times I've stepped into this location believing I could actually order food, and two times I've had to leave in frustration after being unable to do so. I don't know what kind of business model they are using, but it's a disaster. For God's sake, print up a stupid menu for your customers.

Food was delicious. Best cheese sauce. Burgers very beefy.Order online and pick up at Dog Haus. The location is confusing however. I only knew where to go bc of reviews. There needs to be signage somewhere. No sandwich board outside. No poster or even small flyer inside that indicated that’s where the Impossible Shop is. Please “beef” up the signage this place can be a hit!

A 20$ burger on white toast?. description said brioche bun. Also why short people on one of the cheapest things in a restaurant...potatoes. Who are you saving them for? ?

Cool Place! Felt sorry for the bartender who was new at bartending. Short staffed and he was in the woods. Not sure if there was a MOD but didn't see one. Was going to have lunch but decided not to as it would take to long so we ordered a sausage that was to come with dipping sauce which consisted of packs of ketchup? Cool idea but most likely wont be back..... over priced drinks as well.

I've been excited to try this place for months! When I finally got a chance, I tried ordering the impossible pat-b melt over the phone for takeout...and the employee didn't seem to understand my order. I kept attempting to correct the order but the worker said "the burger and cheese will be $8". The item I wanted is $13+ so I figured my order still wasn't right. I cancelled it. I'm vegetarian with a dairy allergy, so I didn't want to risk receiving anything but a plant-based item. Unfortunately I do not see myself ordering here again...at least over the phone for a takeout order. So bummed.

I can’t believe this place only has 3 stars! I’ve tried the burger, nuggets, and cheese fries….all amazing!! The nuggets are the best plant based meat substitute I’ve ever had.

This is in a restaurant that is a beer garden. They also serve beef and chicken. Unbelievably over priced. Online it appears that thos is a plant based restaurant. This is simply not true.

Ok - I hope The Impossible Shop never leaves. I have officially tried everything on the menu and the one gripe I have is the effing $12 shipping price on Uber Eats. Like... come on!! Help us out here! Other than that, their burgers are delicious. The chili cheese fries are AMAZING, although I wish we got a liiittle more cheese on em. And my fav is the breakfast burrito... takes me back to days before I was fully plant-based.It's pricey, but it's worth one try.
