Always good but they seem to be cutting back on portions to keep their pricing. Removed cheesecake and stuff from the desserts and charging more if you want them. That's disappointing. With the cheese, you get a lot of bread and chips now
Excellent meal as always. Only hiccup was they tried to seat our party of 4 at a single-burner table. Never accept that, since 4 people = 2 pots of everything (rather than 1 double-pot, which is less fun). Our server/fondue master, Kevin, was fantastic. Food was delicious and plentiful, and paced slowly enough for intracourse recovery (we were seated at 7 and left at 9:45). They should sell bags of their pine nuts as salad toppers along with their Garlic & Wine seasoning. I always ask for extra for my Caesar salad. (I bet they'd be great in a chocolate fondue, too.) They've added baby peppers to the cheese dippers, which was a pleasant, and delicious surprise. Everything else was pretty much the same...don't mess with success! Price is what it is...if you get sticker shock here you didn't do your homework in advance. The value is there, though, for tableside preparation. From an OpenTable standpoint, the $16 credit from our rewards didn't go through at the restaurant, but they honored it anyway. OpenTable rewards have always been a disaster, though. I'm just taking the Amazon GC in the future.

We had a wonderful family dinner at The Melting Pot. Our server, Andy, provided excellent service and explained each course in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for special occasions.

I brought the kids out because of a special offer: "Kids Eat FREE every Sunday!" However, this was not the case. All I got with 2 kids was $13 total nocked off the bill (the cheapest thing on the kids menu). Each of my two kids' dinners were $27 each before the $13 was taken off one of them. My entire bill for me and the kids after tax and tip was $135. The promo said: "All kids 12 and under eat FREE with the purchase of an adult entrée this June and July at Melting Pot!" Perhaps it was crazy to think kids could actually eat free like they said, but man, a measly $13 was pretty shocking.
We came in for a special kids eat free. I don't think it was well advertised that it only their entrees not the cheese and chocolate. Won't be bringing the kids again because it didn't seem kid friendly

Be weary of promotions or specials. The kids eat free on Sundays special ended up being a $12 discount on a $140 tab. Food was good.

We were a big party and the restaurant was very accomodating. The issue was the service. Our meal lasted over 3 hours because the service was extremely slow and our waitress had to be asked several times to bring things like drink refills. There were times when we wanted something and could not find our waitress. We had to go to the bar and ask for some drink refills. It took a long time for food to come out and there was a lot of with the main course because our waitress seemed to have difficulty identifying the different proteins. While we had a great time spending time together, it was a very long meal and we were the last ones to leave the restaurant.
Not happy with the special they had for yesterday. Kids eat for free. The only thing free was the kids entry. It was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be.

Only thing that was that good was our waitress she was nice an came to our table in a timely manner between each course. The food was not at all worth the price. An honestly I didn't like that we had to cook our own meat an they put different kinds of raw meat on a plate together. I have been waiting a long time to try the melting pot an i was disappointed. Dont waste your money is know its suppose to be a experience type thing but for the price food should have been better and I shouldn't have to cook my own meat only i thing customers should be doing is dipping food into the fondue. I sadly won't be back. Other may enjoy the food an experience but it wasn't for me. But thanks a bunch to the waiter to served us she was kind an seemed to have a knowledge of what was expected of her.

We’ve been coming here since we were young and sadly, it’s just not the same anymore. The transitions between courses were SO LONG and delayed. The cheese/chocolate were pretty cold and took awhile to get to a better temp. The server started out great but became obviously flustered and just became very negative about the environment and her job. The quality of the food was fine just it was all Luke warm. The manager came by at one point and one of our heaters on our table had an alarm going off and we were just chatting at the table and she shushed us so she could hear it better. It wasn’t like a “hold on one second guys so I can hear this” it was a literal “shhhush”. Very very odd.
The overall experience was just not great, not awful, but not great.
Anyways, probably won’t come back, for $500, we would expect a way better experience.

Food was good as usual and service was decent. We do this place about 2 to 4 times a year. It is always a good time with smdecent service. The only complaint i have is the alcohol beverages are hit or miss. We returned two drinks one being a simple Old Fashion and the other being my wifes Blueberry Mohito, they were terrible and undrinkable; we ordered something else (Simple) and were fine. Other than the drink issue it was a great time and will be returning.
