Juan was excellent !! It was our first time here and he explained the menu to us and how everything worked. The happy hour menu is so good!! Drinks were made well and food came out perfectly. Will absolutely be back with the entire family. Please ask for Juan, and try the candied pecans!!

This was our daughter's first night out with the family. It was such a calm, lovely experience!
As a returning customer I felt like this visit was definitely rushed. It was my birthday and I was trying to enjoy it with my family. We weren't finished the cheese course and the salads came so I was trying to enjoy the cheese course and our salads were cluttering up the table. Then the server came right back removing our cheese dippers that we clearly were still eating. Shortly after receiving our chocolate course the bill was placed on our table without asking if we needed anything else. My girls wanted to sing happy birthday. They asked for a cheesecake, then when it was brought to the table they asked do you have a candle? And then we were told they were out of candles. I don't understand a restaurant that gives you an option for a birthday package doesn't have a candle.
This place based on food and atmosphere is 10/10! I think it's a good place to go on a first or second date for conversation starter or Even with your group of girls or guys! The time it takes to cook the food 😋 helps people start conversations. The only thing I dont like we waited 45 min after being seated for our waiter to come. To add insult to injury we're served dry bread and had to wait 1hr in between each course to get refill of drink or to see a waiter at all we got in at 7:30 and didn't leave to about 10:10pm. Not because of conversation but because we had to keep on looking for waiter. However, I would say waiter remembered my birthday and brought me a treat and offered us extra bread and desert.

Came here for New Year's with family. Shout out to our server, Lenox. He did an incredible job! Best service I've had in recent memory at any restaurant. He efficiently juggled tons of different special requests and needs from everyone at the table, despite how busy it was. Very warm and friendly and just overall made our experience wonderful. Thank you so much!
Fantastic food overall, as well. Definitely on the pricey side, but makes for a memorable experience and good for a special occasion. Highly recommend, especially if you've never tried fondue at a restaurant before (more fun than doing it at home in my opinion).

Fantastic! We ended up 1 hr late to our reservation. (A tractor trailer side swiped me as we were 5 minutes away, minor damages, but obviously caused a delay.) We called to let them know of our unexpected delay. Once we arrived they were kind and welcoming and sat us immediately. Our waiter was absolutely delightful, helpful, kind and attentive. Food portions were more than enough! Everything was delicious. Really helped turn around what started as a bad night into a great experience.
Great location for a date night or a special celebration. Food and service are always excellent. Plan to spend the evening amend be sure to get the dessert.

Always good but they seem to be cutting back on portions to keep their pricing. Removed cheesecake and stuff from the desserts and charging more if you want them. That's disappointing. With the cheese, you get a lot of bread and chips now

Love love live this place. One of my sons favorite places, we go every year for his birthday for the last 10 years. My wife and I also go for date night every once in awhile. The food is always on point and the service is decent, every so often we get a server that is just okay, but never bad service.

Excellent meal as always. Only hiccup was they tried to seat our party of 4 at a single-burner table. Never accept that, since 4 people = 2 pots of everything (rather than 1 double-pot, which is less fun). Our server/fondue master, Kevin, was fantastic. Food was delicious and plentiful, and paced slowly enough for intracourse recovery (we were seated at 7 and left at 9:45). They should sell bags of their pine nuts as salad toppers along with their Garlic & Wine seasoning. I always ask for extra for my Caesar salad. (I bet they'd be great in a chocolate fondue, too.) They've added baby peppers to the cheese dippers, which was a pleasant, and delicious surprise. Everything else was pretty much the same...don't mess with success! Price is what it is...if you get sticker shock here you didn't do your homework in advance. The value is there, though, for tableside preparation. From an OpenTable standpoint, the $16 credit from our rewards didn't go through at the restaurant, but they honored it anyway. OpenTable rewards have always been a disaster, though. I'm just taking the Amazon GC in the future.
Went for the firat time. Tried Choclate Fondue and it was amazing.

Way too expensive for cooking your own food. Veggies far too big to cook in a timely manner.

We love the Melting Pot Restaurant, and have traveled to almost a dozen different locations. This location, of course is local to us, and our favorite. Fantastic concept for a romantic date, family meal, or even a large celebration and party.
The Melting Pot is a fondue restaurant where you can have several courses, including cheese, entrées, and dessert, all fondue style. Typically when we come, we have gotten a two burner table. We do this so that we can have a cheese course, while our kids go directly to the entrée.
For our cheese course, we love the classic Alpine. It comes with dipping bread and vegetables. We always ask for more pretzel rolls because they are delicious. For our main course, we typically create our own. I’m partial to having all filet, while others have shrimp, chicken, and potstickers. We always cook in a court bouillon, but many other flavors are available like Coq Au Vin and Mojo. One of my favorite parts is the Melting Pot house salad. Just love the dressing, it’s quite delicious. Dipping sauce also comes, and it’s great to have them to add additional flavor to your entrée. For dessert, we typically have the Cookies and Cream Marshmallow Dream. (it is not on the menu any longer, but they always accommodate us and make it for us. What great customer service!). Fresh fruit, brownies, and other items are provided for dipping. Depending on how full you get from the previous courses, you can always have them make smaller portions by request.
A great selection of wine is available. The espresso martinis, and the Ying Yang Martini are really cool drinks to have. The look of the Ying Yang martini is incredible.
Customer service here is always great. I always make a reservation, and I would as well, especially around the holidays. Servers here are very accommodating, and it is especially fun when you are celebrating a special event.
While we sat at the bar this last time (only came for drinks and dessert), on most occasions, we sit in a booth. It is quiet, private and relaxing. They have booths for couples, large parties, and even a private room with extra large tables for parties and events.
It’s not a quick meal, so plan accordingly. Normally it takes us 90 minutes to 2 hours. So grab some friends, or your family, and give this unique dining. experience a try.
Please note that the photos included below are a mix up two visits.
