This place has very horrible service.The workers are Extremely rude.When I asked for a plate they said I should go buy one at the dollar store!!and walked away!

No Bueno! Not good! Bland food, pricey for its quality! Not planning to ear here again!

Horrible experience! Food was salty, orchata no flavor. No good service

First time customer & it was horrible! Do not order from here. I’ve had pupusas from all over & this was bad. We ordered pupusas revueltas, de queso and loroco. They tasted old like if they just popped it in the microwave. There was no filling. As you pull apart the pupusa the cheese doesn’t even “stretch.” They should also put the different types of pupusas in different boxes. We had to pull apart pupusas to distinguish them. I usually can tell which ones are revueltas, for example, but since there was barely any filling, you can’t even tell. The nuegados were okay. Never coming here again. This is the restaurant in Glenmont.

The food was incredibly delicious! Everything fresh and great service. I encourage you to really try this place.

The steak tacos el encantos are my favorite, and the pupusas are the cheesiest I ever seen, my kids love this restaurant, servers are supper nice.

I used to enjoy going here. . But i kept having bad experiences . From rude service, to mest up orders , that when i called they said. "Oh well, you're already eating it. " only because i told her i was already 15 or so minutes away. She could have offered a credit, or gift card something... returned my money. Nope nothing. Terrible. Inconsistent depending on who was cooking i noticed, different portions, and flavors sometimes.The last straww!!Was when i went to pay.. she was working the register. Touching money. packaging too goo orders.... AND working the flat top flipping tortillas with her bare hands! Like lady... wear gloves . Wash your hands... i work in the food industry . Thats nastyy. Thats being done in front of customers.. imagine behind closed doors. smh.

Insanely good food. Very authentic and great service. Try the Lulo drink- it's addictive! I'm confused by all the negative views from a year ago because it looks like they just opened.
