I went in a couple days ago and the cashier and staff were phenomenal. The cashier who Im pretty sure was named Elkin, was very helpful with helping choosing my order. It came out amazing. Definitely recommend going!!

I ordered two mixed berry yogurt bowls. 😥 I got cheated on the bowl to the right. I spend good money here, we come often and add a tip, these bowls are not cheap. But this is very disappointing!!

I walked in and ordered a smoothie and a food item. I received my smoothie first and waited for my food item like always, but this time was different and not sanitary. I noticed that someone was also waiting for food and they gave my food item to someone else and they person opened my food wrapper and realized it wasn’t her order and gave it back to the staff member. Instead of remaking my food order the staff member just took the food out and rewrapped the food item. That is unsanitary when dealing with food and the person already touched the food item. This was bad customer service and not safe, they were supposed to apologize and remake the food item, it’s strange to rewrap open food. Please address the issue promptly.

I have been twice thinking the kale apple slaw would be better, but it wasn't. Very dry and too many chunks of stems in there. It's my favorite item on the menu and I unfortunately will not return to this location for this.

I usually come here after my games just for a healthy snack and everytime i order my nutella açaí bowl they take atleast 10 minutes just to prepare it , Its so slow it irritates me and this time i went not only did they take forever they forgot to put nutella on my NUTELLA açaí bowl🤦‍♂️ like are we serious this ruined it for me

I go there all the time and always friendly and get my order right. Peanut Paradise has high protein and I can adjust the level of sugar/sweetness for less calories /carbs.

Not properly staffed to handle the orders placed online or in the cafe. Poor training, the staff doesn’t greet incoming customers and they don’t speak unless you speak first once at the register. As a local resident I expected better from the brand.

Wide variety of smoothies made fresh and customized to your preferences. They also have Acai and Chia pudding bowls. I got the Mango Monsoon smoothie and the Chai pudding bowl. The smoothie was very good and I will have chia bowl later.

The person working the smoothie station is doing great. But there are only 3 people working in the store at one time. 2 people are stationed on food and they don’t know what they’re doing. Constantly has to look down at the recipe list like they haven’t trained on how to make the food and this was their first day. I have a 1 hour lunch break and have been waiting for 50 minutes now for just a salad and smoothie.

Honestly rude cashier didn’t even acknowledge a costumer once they were so so so behind on order I ordered 2 kids smoothies and one regular adult smoothie it took over. 15 minutes to even get our orders into the cashiers and over 20 minutes to get them…. They aren’t ready to be open

I ordered a wrap and a peanut paradise smoothie for myself and my partner and both arrived at my doorstep via doordash. The food was great and fresh but the peanut paradise had no peanutbutter! I called up the store and Angie apologized immediately and made it right and offered to give me another one to fix it and a complementary other menu item. I ordered a island green smoothie and it was great! Would order here again. They get two thumbs up in my book!

This location recently opened near my home, and I was excited to give it a try. My first expectations walking inside the store was that it was clean and bright. I placed a to-go order for an açaí bowl and a breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the açaí bowl did not meet my expectations in terms of taste of the base, and the breakfast burrito was significantly smaller than depicted in the picture and lacked substance. It’s unfortunate that the experience didn’t meet the expectations I had, especially given my initial excitement. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and value of the items I received.
