True Food Kitchen

Love eating at True Food! The drinks and food area always great and it was nice to go there on a Tuesday evening and have a quiet dinner with colleagues. Our server was very attentive, and considerate.

Probably the best food in Rio. Portion sizes are inconsistent, but otherwise quality, food and service.

Kennedy was fantastic! We informed her that we needed to get in and out as we had more business to finish up and she quickly got our orders in and to the table. She was very attentive without being overbearing. This is the second time that Kennedy has been our server and we adore her!

Why do they take so long??? We were sat down, waited about 20 minutes just to get a waiter, and we barely got checked up on. I ordered the chicken parm, but the pasta was literally lukewarm/ damn near cold. As the chicken parm was only thing keeping it warm

I’ve always had great experiences at True Kitchen in Gaithersburg, including celebrating my birthday dinner there with my lovely friends. The servers are consistently attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming — my friend and I have been regulars there for some time. On one particular visit, we had a standout interaction with someone who was introduced to us as one of the managers. I’m not sure if he’s still there or still in that role, but his name was Ethan, and his hospitality truly went above and beyond. Despite a slightly longer wait for our food, he was warm, kind, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of. He even offered a complimentary sweet treat, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It was a genuinely memorable experience and a great example of what hospitality should look like.

I’m SOOOO bummed. Wanted this amazing burger but so sad to see blonde hair in it. It’s okay though, it’s still give them another try.

Ok first time experience, I would prefer to order out. Waitress must have come around 4 times to ask us to pack and leave - place was not even full. Not sure I understand the rushing people to leave is appropriate when obviously we were trying to have a good time.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I loved the clean and open atmosphere. My burger and fries were delicious. And I want to give a shout out to our server, Ava. She was so friendly and welcoming - just delightful!
