Excellent octopus appetizer. Great gyro and other meals. Very friendly staff. Yes, I noticed that some say it is expensive and I agree ($200 for 3 persons) but definitely worth it for my 80th birthday.

I enjoyed dinner at Vasili's on Friday, June 13 with friends who live in the area, and it was wonderful! The restaurant was really crowed, we enjoyed a beautiful evening on the patio while we waited for our table, the wait wasn't too long. The food was delicious, the crew was great! Atmosphere received 4 stars out of 5 because of the noise level, but Vasili's was packed! Yay! So don't let the noise level deter you from visiting. Enjoy!

Flavorless Greek salad— rescued only by the feta and herbs. Not like a real Greek salad— no green peppers, scant olive oil, few olives. The tomatoes (which make up the bulk of the salad) were FLAVORLESS.
