Had an AMAZING beef brisket sandwich from Smoke-master Richard today! Along with the mac-n-cheese, slaw and sliced dill pickles; it totally hit the spot! Vittles in the Pines is a mobile caterer I suppose. He’s been setting up camp the last few summers - on weekends over at Pleasant Valley Produce. I’ve had mostly everything they make and never have I been disappointed! Try the smoked sausage or pulled pork or splurge on a platter with everything and you won’t regret it!...
Where to start. The pork is perfect! The chicken was moist, it was a great compliment to the pork. The corn bread, get extra; same as mac and cheese. The beef brisket is my absolute favorite. I sure wish you had beef long ribs!!
Amazing food! We stopped by out of curiosity to check out the menu and couldn’t resist trying the jalapeño sausage and mac and cheese—they were absolutely delicious! Not to mention the amazing cornbread. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to often.
