Richard did a wonderful job catering my micro-wedding! Arrived on time to set up food, food was to die for, and overall was a great experience. I would highly recommend Vittles In The Pines to anybody looking for some high quality BBQ for any occasion! My wedding had ~35 people attend and we were well fed. I am Texan and I know and love brisket. This brisket itself was delicious. That said, the bbq sauce could use some energizing; a little salty and not enough flavor. I’d love to give this place a good rating as I am all for entrepreneurship in the country, however when your brisket sandwich - something any and every backyard and roadside bbq joint should know how to do, and do well - delivers you a full mouthful of pure fat, a big blob, the potential for a high rating goes down...
