The shop is clean and spacious, with plenty of tables and seating, but it tends to be quiet with not many customers around. Staff is friendly and the service is quick—likely because it’s often empty.
For those who prefer to order directly from staff, note that they only accept cash. If you’re using a card, there’s a self-service kiosk, which prompts you for a tip even though you don’t interact much with staff.
As for the drinks, they’re decent but feel overpriced given their small size—$8 feels steep for what you get. Overall, Vivi Bubble Tea is a clean and calm spot with efficient service, though it could improve on value for money.

I ordered matcha bubble tea and this doesn’t taste like matcha at all. The person at the counter has a rude attitude and started questioning my knowledge on matcha. Will never come back.

I understand your justification on store’s signature recipe but if your recipe is extremely different from a normal matcha milk tea, then please specify that in your catalog. Your catalog image and description for matcha milk tea is incorrect and deceiving. Also my concern is not about my request for extra matcha (I do not want any store to break their policy and hence I did never complained about it) but it is regarding the taste of the product itself (as you sell it). Also when asked, the store person did not mention about Jasmine tea at all. I was told they mix matcha in green tea and that causes color difference.
Anyhow, never coming back and never suggesting this place to anyone. My only suggestion is, If a customer is not satisfied or has a question about the order then please be kind enough to understand and explain/rectify the concern. A customer paying $8.5 for a bubble tea deserves at least that.

Awful food with an awful manager’s attitude. That chicken was not even cooked well.
Came with friends, bought two cups, the taste was ok, and the service attitude was very good!
This meal is generally good, fast to eat, cost-effective, very delicious, children also like it, will buy back!

The store owner( front desk) is a lunatic, hostile and rude. Also my popcorn chicken was uncooked. Read more for more details….So a group of our coworkers went to this restaurant for the first time. As we walked in the lady didn’t greet, help or explained anything to us. Anyways we read her signs up and ordered through the kiosk. They open at 12pm, 25 mins of waiting she lets us know they ran out of popcorn chicken (most popular item). That was very insane but anyways we had to wait more because she had to cook something else for my other coworkers. We ended up spending 1 hr in that place and it was only 5 of us there. She said she had 4 online orders as well but how can you run out of your most popular item it less then 30 mins of opening?? Anyways she offered wings but one of my coworker’s was unsure of what she wanted so she told her she would think about it, the lady assumed she wanted wings and cooked it for her. Because she cooked the wings she denied my coworker a refund. Obviously my coworker was upset and confronted her but the lady was so hostile and aggressive? and gas lights people, she kept saying no I can’t give you a refund “take it or trash it I don’t care but no refund….get out get out”. She didn’t apologize for not letting us know that they ran out of chicken or trying to be nice about it, maybe giving a discount or a free bubble tea, it was our first time and last time. It was so crazy to see a owner treat her customers that way especially because it was their fault for not being prepared for serving what’s on their menu. If she comments on my review you will see how defensive she gets. I think she was having a bad day. Idk nor do I care but I would never come back, plus I wasted my lunch time.

This is a wonderful little spot, nicely decorated with very cute images. I enjoy the people that work there. Very clean and has seating if you want to drive in. The popcorn chicken is delicious! I love the coffee milk tea!

I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. There is no kindness or sense of hostility in this place. The owner is absolutely disrespectful, hostile, and rude. Which is oddly hilarious considering she has a NOTICE sign up saying rude guests will not be served.I think she has that sign up because she knows she has a personal problem.My 4 coworkers and I went here today (November 17th) to try the popcorn chicken for the first time. We went in 12pm on the dot when they opened. We didn’t see anyone when we walked in & no one greeted us. We placed the order on the tablet and sat down. We patiently waited for about 25 minutes before the owner came out for the first time and let one of my coworker and I know that there is no more popcorn chicken available and that she is prioritizing an online order because it’s a returning customer. This is obviously a bummer to hear after wasting half of my lunch break. It’s actually absurd because how does one even run out of a popular item like that?She asked me if I wanted something else or if I want a refund and I said “maybe. Or maybe I want the wings but I need a minute to think” because at this point, we were pushing our lunch time and she was still making other orders. She went missing for about 10 minutes after this interaction and decided to make the wings while I decided I want a refund. I already placed a pick up order elsewhere.When she finally came out, I told her I would like a refund and she went into full rage, aggressive and rude mode. She even tried to gaslight me and tell me I’m being rude when I had 5 witnesses who can say otherwise.Essentially she refused to give a refund and told me to “get out” after her raising her voice at me. She is insane. Nothing about her radiated a sweet small business woman. She was huffing and puffing make all of our orders.This was such an insane interaction that I had to write a review. She doesn’t care about her customers or her business. It’s obvious in the way she handles the situations she creates.
