My food was reheated and served to me late and wasn't fresh, these employees was very judgmental especially the young ladies. Most of the time they have the dine in area dirty.

I don’t know about the food, but the drive thru service was so terrible I left and went to another Wendy’s. Would not let me get anything but soda when I ordered the 2 JBC meal. Went to Wendy’s on First and Rockville pike and they substituted lemonade without batting an eye. Such a small thing but come on. I don’t drink soda, so let’s compromise. I even said I would pay more but nope. Bye.

Whenever I go to this Wendy’s there’s an issue.
Just went for ice cream. Seems easy, right? Well no. It isn’t.
The cashier never gave me a total but I went to scan Apple Pay. After several tries the machine would recognize my phone. So? I asked my daughter for her card.
Ok fine.
Cashier then decides the card didn’t go through so I pull up the order from the bank end. Wendy’s charged me $7.19. She tells me “but your total is $9.cx”
Ok, maam well I didn’t ring myself up. That’s what you charged me.
She goes on to tell me my balance is 9.xx. So? I ask if she’s refunding me the 7.19 bc I’ve already paid that.
She’s exasperated with ME bc she’s wrong and just blankly staring back at me.
She asks me to just give her $2.
Ok. Listen? I tried Apple Pay. Had to use a card. I don’t have cash.
So she’s just staring and asking me about $2 bc I paid for the car behind me. Again? Like I rang myself up.
After another person appears she tells me she made a mistake…yes I KNOW!!! And can I “just cooperate”?
Only? I’ve been trying to “cooperate” but she’s just standing there blankly asking me to pay an additional 9 dollars or hand her $2 cash.
“I’m sorry for the error on my part…your remaining balance is” would’ve been the appropriate dialogue and an opportunity for me to pay it by the same method.
But? Instead? “Can you just cooperate” bc she couldn’t figure out the math as if I did something wrong is bananas!
