Do NOT dine at this wendys , our food was burned, fries tasted old and stale, and they refused to give us a refund or do anything for us when we told them. Staff was extremely rude and dismissive and they do not know how to treat a customer. On top of that their restaurant is extremely filthy with insects. I will notify corporate of this terribly run place

Ordered food at 11:30pm while still at home. Food was only for 2 people. 2 burgers, chicken nuggets, and French fries. We arrived at the Wendy’s being the only people there. No one inside and no one in the drive thru. We sat and waited at the window for 10 mins. Our food was not ready. That was 20 mins from our order time. Mind you I’m writing this while still sitting here and the time is stilllll going by. This is the only Wendy’s that is close to me but if I could go somewhere else I would! They are not fast even when you are the only ones there!! Food is good though just so inconvenient when you want a quick bite and you have to wait a century.

This visit to this particular Wendy's reminded me of back in the day! The food was smoking hot, the burger was delicious, the taste was fresh, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was peaceful. Great job!

Regular employees clearly called out, franchise owners were running the show and very obviously had no idea how to operate their own business. 35 minutes for a mobile order as I hear the owner say “well I only messed up one so far we gave it to a DoorDash driver” I know it’s fast food so I shouldn’t expect a Michelin Star experience, but basic human interaction seems to be lost on the management team here. Do better. Sincerely, the guy who will still get the spicy chicken but wants it for free next time.
