I've been going to this place since the 80s when it opened. I've yet to have an order go smoothly. It must be something in the culture. The latest visit was no different. Problem with using a coupon, stickey floor and somewhat messy. I'll give them another shot... next year.

Every time we go, the parking lot is always empty, and there never seems to be a wait in the drive-thru. If there is another ahead of us, it’s only been 1-2 cars.
Even when there are no cars behind us, getting the order always takes forever, They always ask us to park next to the drive-thru in the bank parking lot instead of pulling around to the other side to their parking lot, which makes absolutely no sense, especially when there’s nobody behind us.

Had been five years since I was here. Refresh is an improvement, for sure. JBC and spicy chicken were consistent with other Wendy's. Along with fries (a bit over salted), everything was fresh. Cashier must had trouble figuring coin change b/c she forgot to enter it as cash.Only a few truant high schoolers there (see the same kids skipping often) at 2pm on weekday. They'll be here soon, tho.
Vegetarian options: Apple pecan salad *might* be the only vegetarian option.
