I Order spicy wings and they give me buffalo/barbecue wings instead 🤦🏽♂️ they don’t know how to do their job

There's this Spanish lady at the front that picks up the phone and barely knows English very rude and can't comprehend what I'm saying or trying to charge me for extra wing sauce like please get this lady off the phone I've been a loyal customer for years!

First time customer and bought some hickory bb tenders and fries for my 10 year old son, ate one piece and told me he didn't really like it. 30 min later he was throwing up. I tasted the one piece and immediately realized they were bad. As an angry parent went back to complaint got my money back but the attitude was as if they never have any issues and wanted me to try something different? No thank you!! Never going back.

As others have mentioned this location is noticably worse than other Wingstop's. My recent experience the wings were barely passable, meanwhile the fries I am picking through trying to find the few edible ones.
Nearly all of the fries here are flat short pieces of potato skin that again as others have mentioned are so overcooked they just crunch like a chip and are discolored to a very dark brown.
Lastly the tea/soda dispenser, trash can next to the register, & above the register on the menu itself have little flies/gnats floating around. This place will never see my money again and should feel lucky to see yours.

is the worst place to order home delivery, you never get the complete order and when you call to indicate that things were missing, they tell you to go pick them up or they give you credit for what you missed and when you ask why, when I order, things are always missing. and he tells me, maybe we are busy, I really get angry at his comment from the manager of the store, the terrible service.
