On Sunday 11/19/2023 I placed an online order at around 4pm (50 wing group pack). I felt rushed when abruptly being handed my order but trusted that they would have made sure my order was correct. As I was driving home I noticed that almost half the order was missing. 25 wings, 4 dips, two large fries were missing to be exact.Luckily I wasn’t far from the store so I was able to turn around and let them know. However, what appalled me was the fact that I was being rushed (again) to share what was missing and a gentleman in green hair almost made it seem like I was lying about what was missing.This location used to be my go to but it definitely seems like it’s gone downhill over the past couple months. Luckily there’s more around this location because I will not be returning.

Had my food delivered. They forgot half of my order and when I called they said they couldn’t refund the half of my order but I could come pick it up. I told them no I can’t come pick it up, so they told me they would apply a credit to my account. I called to place an order at a later date and spoke to the manager. He was very unprofessional and rude. He would not apply the credit to my order and instead kept calling it “weird” because no one told him about a credit. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Basically paid for food I never received.

I have to give it up to JAM. After having an issue with delivery. JAM was able to help...not long before closing. I was grateful and will continue to venture to this store. For more yrs of customer friendly

Love this place and the staff. Their Arnold Palmer is so good. It is straight crack for us Southerners. The sweet tea is so super delicious. I am such a fan of the Chicken Sandwich combo. So glad the corn is still on the menu. Whenever a friend has a party the wings csn only come from Wing Stop.
This place is IT!!! You're looking for hot, fresh, boneless or classic wings.... these guys know how to make it!! Outstanding customer service, very prompt to take your order and keep you updated on how your order is doing. I always tip these guys, great service deserves it.

I’ve been to this location about 5 times in the last two months. 3/5 times the food was horrible. Old fries, stale chicken, barely any sauce on the chicken. Completely unacceptable. I’ve asked for seasoned fries and have gotten PLAIN fries that taste stale. Won’t be back to this location. It’s very hit or miss and mainly miss. Not wasting anymore of my money here.

It saddens me that I even have to do this because for years this location has been my favorite but unfortunately I have ran into too many consistent incidents where I'm missing part of my order ( fries, sauces, wings, etc ) The food is still good, I have no complaints on that but the service could surely improve if things or done more efficiently.The location is also recently renovated and clean so that isn't an issue either.Overall 3/5

When I usually order from this location, everything is on point. But the amount of grease just sitting in the box with the wings was criminal. Most of the seasoning from the wings came off due to this. I had to take the wings out and pat the grease off. Very disappointing.
