Placed an order through the Wing Stop website at 5:25 pm. The estimated arrival was 22-36 mins however after waiting almost 90 mins. I began calling the restaurant several times and no one answered. I went in the store and employee was dismissive did not offer any type of compensation or try to accommodate for the lost. Extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered delivery and never received it, still never got my refund 😒, I ordered wing stop at least once a week but now I just take my money to BWW 20 for 20 wings fries and 4 dips 20 cash, wings are way bigger and cooked right, sorry not sorry this wing stop location fell off big time, if you really want wing stop go to Goshen

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings, and I got dry wings with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on it. I ordered mango habanero. I got a sweet barbecue sauce on super dry wings. It’s safe to say I will never be back to that location

Im a regular since my 8yo only eats chicken as far as meats are concerned. This place is always busy busy especially now since HeyTea is next door. But I have to say the service is always great. Their ac went out in one of the hottest weeks and I felt horrible for the employees but they all were still pleasant and efficient. Food is always great no complaints ever

My order has been incorrect 2 out of 2 times when ordering delivery. Both times they gave me some random sauce on my wings that I didn't order, and this time they didn't even put a sauce on my boneless. How do you just not put a sauce on something?! Called to complain, the guy asked me to bring back my entire order and would replace. I ordered delivery because we were having an event and couldn't get out. The guy said that's all he could do for us. I will NEVER order from this location again.
