I had to deal with an employee get mad at me for no reason and their food is nothing special. I asked for extra sauce they said they did...they didnt at all. Dont expect decent service.
The quality of food at Yu ZHOU has changed for the worse. We always order the Feiteng Fish and Chili Pepper beef special. Both didn’t taste good anymore. The Fei Teng Fish had too much pepper and peppercorn that our tongue and lips were numb and tingling we could not eat them!! The beef was so salty and it was not fully cooked. The rice was hard and tasted old. the Lo Mein was so greasy!! We spent $64.69 with $5.49 tip and we could not eat them. We were like what’s happening? Did they have a new chef? … the food there used to be so good and affordable too. Not anymore…It was a waste of money. I called and complained and all the lady said was SORRY. She said she will tell her manager. I was hoping we would get refunded but no. So they just lost a customer. I will tell all my friends about this bad experience.

If you like spicy, this place can abide you. Their Spicy Crispy Chicken is absolutely delicious and can get very hot. They're very accommodating on spiciness, though. They can make their dishes mild, hot, or "wow, that's really hot!"
I have friends who travel to this area almost weekly from Charlottesville and this is one of their favorite restaurants to get food from. We almost always get takeout. Interestingly enough, as busy as this place gets, there is always plenty of parking.
For some reason, my GPS has trouble getting me here, so if you have trouble finding it, it's off of a roundabout.

Out for dinner with mom.... we had the Spicy Conch, Eggplant with Basil hot plate, Homestead Tofu with ChickenAll 3 dishes were full of flavor, exquisite in their specific aromas n textures.... easily one of the very best fares in this region!!I gave a lower mid range score to service.... not because they are bad or mediocre.... this restaurant is not the typical full service.... the wait staff are very nice n friendly.... they just deliver your self written order to kitchen.... then bring food when readyWell worth repeated visits??
