Pirates Cove Restaurant and Dock Bar

Our New Favorite on the Western Shore. Tucked away in tiny Galesville, Md this has to be the top place on our to go list. Gina the server was exceptional. Quality food and atmosphere. Clean and very spacious with options for indoor and outdoor dining. The Seafood Lasagna was unbelievable and the price was very reasonable.

We went there today after a long day fishing! The food was wonderful and quick service! Our waitress Madison was super amazing! The kitchen was fast and so many helpful hands! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will be back!

Ordered turkey sandwich and it came out dry and burnt. So I was not happy with my luncheon meal. My suggestion to the chef is to add cranberry spread to the sandwich which would make it tastier! Waitress was not very attentive. So not the best experience at this restaurant today!

good food service and cocktails

Nice atmosphere, food is good. We have a child with a food allergy and navigating the menu with the staff was pretty difficult. Overall would recommend if you're looking for a laid back dining experience and you don't have food allergies or preferences.

Third time here and we come back from the excellent food, incredible view, friendly people, and most importantly, the dog friendly patio! 🐶

I haven't been here in over a year. The food was delicious. They make the best Crab Imperial, and they had a nice appetizer of Ahi Tuna, seaweed with Polynesian sauce.

Couldn't ask for any better! Food, sevice and atmosphere. You have to go......

The view is wonderful, but the food was cold, poorly seasoned and service was slow. It was clean and staff were very friendly. I just didn’t find it worthwhile.

Love making the occasional drive here. The place is great. Cream of crab soup is great. Mussels, shrimp, everything. Great drinks as well.

Food is okay. Nothing unusual. The Shrimp Louie was served like a wedge salad and was a lot of work to eat. I want my salad leaves off the core & not have to use a steak knife to accomplish that. The beniets were delicious pillows of light dough. It's an okay restaurant but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Did not get to actually check them out. They turned us away and said they were closing early due to the impeding storm coming. We went around the corner and had a marvelous meal for three. We stayed for about 2 hours but still no storm, but at least the other places' food was good. I guess, since friends said this place was good, we'll have to try it out on another occasion.

Greatly improved.
