“Since moving to Mayo, my boyfriend and I have been coming here as often as we can and we absolutely love it. The menu always has new additions and the specials are always delicious.
Today we brought our dog for lunch and we had Mia as a server. She was extremely kind, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and willing to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience, as usual ! We look forward to more visit!”

“Sooo good!! Seen reviews online about the crab cake so we went and tried it and we’re not disappointed!! The crab cake was so good and so were our sides, the mashed potatoes and veggies. Also had to try the crab and spinach artichoke dip!! Sooo good!! Can’t wait to come back!! Our server at the bar was also super friendly and attentive!”

“I wanted a good steak for my birthday and I immediately jumped on google.. I came across Lewnes Steakhouse and read the reviews. We dined there yesterday for my birthday. From the time we walked in until the time we left everything was great! The food was very delicious and our steaks were cooked to perfection as requested. The waiter was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. The complimentary brownie with fudge and Ice-cream was mouthwatering. We will be returning soon.”

First time here but definitely not our last. 10/10 complements to the Chef👍. Our meal started with the Chefs Selection Board, then the special of the day Mushroom Soup, my Husband had the Cast Iron Skirt Steak (flavor was Delish) I had the Chicory Salad with Bacon Bits (minus the pecan nuts) for Dessert I had the FIG & BRIOCHE BREAD PUDDING (heaven in a plate) with the yummy Coffee.”

“I have enjoyed my meals at Galway Bay. The food and atmosphere is very good. I was conflicted over whether or not I should give four or five stars, but I could not overlook that on out most recent visit the server did not return to collect the check. After waiting for about 30 minutes, one of us went and delivered the check to our server. This does not overshadow the great food and generally positive experiences that we have had here, and I'm sure that we will be back again for more delicious meals on Maryland Avenue. (maybe when the restaurant is less busy)”

“I had a rehearsal dinner for 97 people including 11 children and a welcome party after for about 100 people. The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional! The children loved the pizza! Taylor, the event coordinator, made this a five star event in every category including STRESS FREE for me being I live in New York! My son and now daughter in law said it couldn’t have been better! Their wedding was on Gibson Island the next day so it was a great start to the weekend!”

The shells were delicate with just the right crunch, and the fillings were smooth, fresh, and not overly sweet. They made a gorgeous centerpiece and tasted as good as they looked. “I have been a patron at McGarvey's for years. I love your food and service. However, first time I have a complaint. I was anxious to try the crab balls, as pictured in your menu. Although they weren't horrible, they looked nothing like the picture on your menu, very disappointed. I expected pieces of white crab meat and we got very crusted, fried little round balls. I bragged to my grandson about the picture on your menu and it was certainly not what we got. I must say, it is the first thing I have been disappointed with. Either change the picture or take them off your menu.”
