Perfect
Wanted to try the new Smoked Pork Belly Sandwich, finally stopped here tonight. It wasn't crowed, yet we had to pull up from the drive-thru window and wait about 15 minutes for our order.
Finally, someone walks it out to us. We check the bag and realize it's one sandwich short. I had to go inside and have the mistake corrected.

Hi Arby's, just wanted to let you know I received some of the worst service I have ever received before at any restaurant at your store in Gambrilles, MD on Nov 8th. I sent in a email online and received no response so I've come to Facebook.
I walked into the dinning room and the manager was yelling at all the workers. It was not a friendly atmosphere at all! If I didn't have very hungry small kids I would've walked back out!! I placed my order and waited, I had to wait...read full review
