The good food is the only thing that kept me going back. Between constantly being put on hold and forgotten, items missing from my order and now being lied to for almost an hour (in an empty restaurant with 5 employees working) about my order coming right up I had to leave with nothing after being told it would be another 10-15 minutes after over 50 minutes of waiting from the time I ordered. Obviously my order was lost (mistakes happen) but instead of being honest or considerate of the customer the staff decided the best way to tell me about the mistake they had made was to lie about it while they searched for my order ticket for 10-15 minutes after i arrived 20 minutes from the time i ordered over the phone (instead of just retaking my order and admitting the mistake when I arrived) to then start making my food. I’ve accepted that quality customer service is basically a thing of the past, but this was something so far out of what is reasonably acceptable that I would never risk having to go through that again regardless of how good the food is. I wasn’t the only customer that this happened to that same night. Never ever again

Food was decent. The staff not so much. My fiance and I walked in last night around 6:30 for dinner, we placed our order and waited at our table for our food. The waitress brought out our appetizers and drinks, and we started eating. About 5 minutes later the same waitress approached our table with a receipt in hand and told us that we are required to leave a tip for dine in( we always leave one when we dine in anywhere) This is not disclosed anywhere when you walk in,on the menu, or on the receipt and is an illegal practice. The food was decent but we will not be returning after their employee tried to scam us for money

What did you guys do to the bibimbap? Scrambled eggs and sautéed onions?? I’m going to have to look somewhere else, I’ve gotten it from here since Bonchon opened but it’s changed so many times now it’s not remotely appetizing.

I used to travel all the way to Arlington to get Bonchon's. This location is 15 minutes from the house and I absolutely love the place.

I’m fairly tough in my judgement sometimes so I lean towards a 4 star rating but I could not find anything in particular the demerit this place on. The food was really good (Not necessarily exceptional, which is about what I expect from a chain). The waiter was attentive and the food was out in a reasonable and it was hot. My wife really enjoyed our time hear and would love to go back.

This bonchon does not follow corporate standard. If I go to burger king, I will get a whopper, that's the same at each burger king.

This bonchon cooks whatever they want to cook and not follow headquarters

Big shout out to the young lady taking orders, handling take out orders, making drinks, and doing table service all at the same time alone. This is one of the more quieter bonchon locations I've come too, food was hot fresh and delicious.

Idk what’s going on with them lately but I ordered the small wings and two drumsticks and some of the chicken was SOO dry. Yo, why did it need to be fried that hard? And the meat in one of the drumsticks was so dark almost grayish that I didn’t bother with that part. I’m good off of this place until they get it right..

This was my third time coming to this restaurant and I have to be honest the first time that I was here was about 7 months ago and the food quality is night and day. The first time I came with my gf we had their fried chicken. The coating of the chicken and the cook of the chicken was spot on and the drinks were great. Now based on my recent visit it just seems that their expectations and quality of their cook has taken a nose dive. This time I ordered drums, the coating/batter of the chicken was dry and over done the coating was very hard and now a pleasant bit. We also order popcorn shrimp, again the coating of over done and each shrimp was hard. Finally we had the chicken katsu. The chicken was burnt, and dry and just smothered in sauce. It just felt like they just do not care anymore and I am disappointed that I had recommended this place to a couple of friends and they had the same experience.

Good place. Prices are stupidly high even though the food is generally pretty good. If the prices were lower, I’d go here more often but it’s a 2x per year place.

Always good service, food is always good. My only complaint is the value of the food.
