Food was decent. The staff not so much. My fiance and I walked in last night around 6:30 for dinner, we placed our order and waited at our table for our food. The waitress brought out our appetizers and drinks, and we started eating. About 5 minutes later the same waitress approached our table with a receipt in hand and told us that we are required to leave a tip for dine in( we always leave one when we dine in anywhere) This is not disclosed anywhere when you walk in,on the menu,...

I’m fairly tough in my judgement sometimes so I lean towards a 4 star rating but I could not find anything in particular the demerit this place on. The food was really good (Not necessarily exceptional, which is about what I expect from a chain). The waiter was attentive and the food was out in a reasonable and it was hot. My wife really enjoyed our time hear and would love to go back.

This bonchon does not follow corporate standard. If I go to burger king, I will get a whopper, that's the same at each burger king.
