Please help me understand why there are children behind the counter making their own ice cream? And I'm not referring to the staff who are so nice and helpful. But actual kids touching things with no gloves, touching his long hair then grabbing ice cream. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! I've been here countless times and luckily never seen it before. Now.. not sure I'll be back.
This is a VERY busy location so please come with patience. You can tell the customer side of the store isn’t very clean due to the under staffing issues. My shake was perfect and the customer service was perfect.
There was one young lady working by her self, with a store full of customers. She remain professional kind and very polite the whole time my husband and I waited in line. She deserves a raise a gift card or something. The man a head of me offered her a tip but she declined. So humble her work ethic to be a teenager is beyond impressive!!!!!
