I did an online order. Was called about 20 minutes later to be told they didn’t have meat for 5 out of of the 6 subs I ordered. Was told I needed to request a refund because they couldn’t do it at the store. After 5 attempts to get my $50 back, I gave up. Management wouldn’t call me back and I never got my money back.
When we got here… there 2 others waiting… we ordered and have now been waiting for over 20 minutes. Worst service I have experienced at a Firehouse Subs before. There are 3 making subs and one in the register… plenty to handle the orders…
Took a LONG time to get a to go order for 2 of us. Ordered a turkey, bacon ranch. Got home, no bacon. C'mon! It's the 2nd ingredient! Also, pickles tasted odd...
Not our usual experience. Normally, we love firehouse subs and have better service.
