Fuji Hibachi Sushi & Lava Bar offers a lively dining experience with a menu that includes sushi, hibachi dinner options, and noodles. The restaurant is known for its flavorful fried rice and noodles, which many customers enjoy. The chefs and bartenders do their best to make the experience enjoyable, with some chefs engaging actively with guests. Vegetarian options are available, and vegetables can be stir-fried separately from meat at the table. However, service can be slow, and there are some inconsistencies, such as not automatically providing chopsticks with sushi, which many customers have to request repeatedly. Recently, the restaurant has changed some policies; for example, diners now choose only between soup and salad instead of both, and saki is only served if asked for. Reservations are not accepted, only call-ahead seating, which may cause delays. The food is generally good, but some dishes like chicken can be bland and unseasoned. Overall, Fuji Hibachi Sushi & Lava Bar has its ups and downs, with the quality of service and food varying depending on the day and staff.
