I've eaten at Jersey Mike's almost every week for the past two months and it's not just because their sandwiches are good, but their service is always excellent and very friendly!
Fast food service from other places have been extremely poor or even hostile. Everyone is out of everything, their soda machine doesn't work, they won't customize your order, they have no customer service skills which makes the exchange confusing or makes me feel embarrassed...

Hard to want to go back even if they provide compensation. Presumably, this doesn't happen often. The location looked neat and the staff had my sub ready to go when I got there. This is a $20+ sub, so this definitely hurts my soul
