I ordered a s’mores frozen latte, but it didn’t have any chocolate or flavoring—it was completely bland and tasted awful.
Every time we come there they never have nothing they always say they out in it be 8pm we will not go here anymore we will go to Virginia and we use to come here all the time in now it’s the worst workers not friendly donuts hard smh do better without customers you won’t have a business
Place is wild people are so confused when you order! They are very confused 🤔
Usually the wait is short and the service upbeat. Today it took half an hour to get waited on. And we were 4th in line. Must be new management. Hope they get things figured out. If not we'll get our Krispy Kreme fix at WalMart.
Store inside closed. 40 minutes to order in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead… don’t bother coming here.
I came here today and got terrible not-service! The fresh light was on and the door was locked so I went through the drive through and waited for 15 minutes and got absolutely no service! If I could I would give this location 0 stars but because that is not possible I give it 1.
Their machine has been broken every time I’ve been there. Poor management.
Every time I’ve visited this place the incompetence is mind blowing.
Not sure what happened in the last 4 years since I've been to this location. It's fallen off unfortunately.
Floors were sticky in places, the selection was sparse, and they were out of original glazed well before the end of the hot light period (this is right around 6:30pm). Customer service was average though. The two guys allowed me to substitute the original glazed for what they did have on hand, which was mostly chocolate and strawberry glazed. Not exactly worth using a promo code on.
Disappointed because the glaze donuts was not good. They were fresh but had way too much glaze on them. The glaze was like a paste. I had the lemon and it was GREAT !! Place was clean and service was good.

Unfortunately, this location consistently lacks good customer service. Despite opening at 6:00 AM, they had no donuts ready by 7:30 AM. Additionally, the drive-thru is often coned off, even though their posted hours say they’re open until 10:00 PM. When the drive-thru is open, service is extremely slow—I waited over 15 minutes in line without moving. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service remains disappointing. I now go to Dunkin’ Donuts instead and never experience these issues.
Drive-thru was closed. Hot sign was on and I ordered two hot glazed donuts. Pulled onto the highway and they were not even warm, but cold. It was 6:10pm. I won't be getting out of traffic again when I see the hot donut sign.
Saaaad.
Please call the health inspector.

All 20 whole milk bottles have date of 2 days ago.
Staff says that was delivery day.

2 staff of 4 there during my 15 min visit took very long breaks outside on their cell phones.

If I could give this a Zero rating I would. Horrible. I’m not even going to waste my time since I’ve already wasted enough in that god forsaken place. The guy grabbed my donuts with his bare hands and acted like I didn’t see him. Gross
Extreme distasteful service and overall lack of common decency for customers. The location isn’t clean, and had little to no donuts filled within the case. I specifically came into the store wanting the limited fruity pebble donuts, but was told “no, the manager doesn’t feel like making them so we don’t have them”. I’m sorry what??? lol Apparently the manager name is Quanie and the cashier was Felicia? They both were extremely rude and disrespectful. There’s no substance with this location and the workers seem really miserable. No hello, no “how are you”, “Do you know what you want” is how Felicia greeted every customer. If there’s another Krispy Kreme in the area or you want a much better experience, PLEASE skip pass this location and drive somewhere else. Save yourself the lack of common courtesy and unwanted unprofessional interaction with this kind of staff. Ugh
