I walked in and walked out after 20 min of standing there waiting for someone to help me with my order,there were 3 sitting and talking while looking at me ,2 were outside smoking ,and 1 was sitting hiding on his phone, one of them walked by and didn’t even make eye contact,this is the worst customer service I’ve ever been

My daughter got her first job and was so excited to send us "Elf" donuts. She paid $32 for a dozen. The day of delivery came, and they called her to let her know they were out of the Santa belly donuts, but they would be ready by 9AM. Then the delivery driver called and told her the donuts would not be ready until 10AM. They delivered the donuts, and NONE of them were the "Elf" donuts. My husband called the store. They placed the receiver on the counter and NEVER picked it up. He tried calling back several times with no answer! Worst service EVER. My daughter was devastated.

We ordered the Elf donuts in a cute Elf box with a written note for our Christmas eve breakfast guest , we wanted to surprise our guest with donuts from Buddy.. Well our 8am pick up was not ready , no phone call no email...they said they would be ready at 10 (What)??? To top it off the online oreder line was very long and when it was your turn they went to the front and the back , back and forth to get the donuts when they should have been ready to go at 8am, no cute Elf box as advertised, no note . Not to mention the lady that walked right past the long long line and said she had a online order to pick up and they served her knowing she just walked in the door! Wont go there again!

I ordered 1 dozen holiday donuts selection I told pick each one, so how could they get that wrong? I mean it was written down and they still manage to get all of them wrong! not one or two, but the whole dozen wrong. I wanted to surprise my family with a holiday treat. I live 30min. away from the store, so I wasn't going back. When I called and told them (very nicely) they got my order wrong, they hung up on me. when I called back they would not pick up the phone. I called back 15 minutes later, they still would not answer. When you spend $32+tips for a dozen donuts, you kind of expect them to get it right, especially when it was written down!
