Nico's Bagels & Brunch Reviews
Coming from Long Island NY who are known for their bagels. This place is awesome. Must come by when we are in Maryland.
Highly recommend this spot! Local business where you’ll find the local owner working every Sunday! Jerry is deeply rooted in the community and the pride and care he takes for his now year old business is obvious! Great service, great food, and the best coffee (Rise Up) in town!!
I have been there a few times now and I’m addicted. I have also turned my whole family on to them. We all are addicted. They have amazing gluten free bagels for me. And the everyone else likes the huge selection of bagels they have. I have had the bagel breakfast sandwiches. My family has had the Oreo,French toast and fruity pebbles with different Schmear’s. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I would give them a 5/5 and will continue to recommend to everyone!

Nico's Bagels & Brunch is a popular spot known for its delicious bagels and satisfying bagel sandwiches. Customers praise the bagels, especially the bagels and lox, which are described as "absolutely dynamite" and highly recommended. The bagels come in a variety of flavors, including gluten-free options that are soft, chewy, and well-liked even by those who usually enjoy regular bagels. The bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel is a favorite, though some note that the bacon can be fatty, suggesting longer cooking to improve texture. Bagel sandwiches heat up well in an air fryer, making them a convenient choice for leftovers.
The staff work hard to serve customers, but the atmosphere can sometimes be chaotic, especially on weekends when the place gets busy. Ordering online and pickup are suggested to avoid the crowd. Some customers mention a slight shrinkflation, noting the bagels seem lighter than before, and have expressed a desire for turkey bacon, considering health and religious preferences. Pricing has been a point of concern, with some feeling that the cost is high and that additional charges for slicing are unnecessary. Overall, Nico's offers great bagels with a welcoming vibe, a cause-driven mission, and a variety of flavors that keep customers coming back.
