Had a mini pretzel order picked up on xMAS eve, the gentleman working had them ready to go and piping hot. All my dips and the extra dips I ordered were there ready to go!!!! Not much else you can ask for.

Pretzels are 5 stars. Manager/owner operating is 0 stars. Been there a few times and it’s always the same experience. Once on Super Bowl Sunday and the other on a different football Sunday. We ordered at opening they were so behind they told us to come back at 1pm. We did and it still wasn’t ready. Meanwhile they are still taking new orders and not filling existing ones. If we didn’t already pay we would have left. They had no clue what they were doing.This time there one girl running around doing the best she could. She was all over the place. She just shouldn’t have been the only one working. Had 6 customers in there and she’s making pretzels and taking orders. We called ahead to order and came in 30 minutes later and they still weren’t ready, so there was no point in ordering in advance.We have gone to many other PPF locations. This is the only one that doesn’t have multiple food options in the front display, stacks of regular pretzels ready to provide to the customer, and cheese not heated up. It’s a shame this location is ruining a great franchise. We have been to many other locations this one is so poorly managed.

Absolutely worst Philly Pretzel experience. As usual they had no pretzels ready, but that's not the worse part.After paying for 25, I waited until they were "cooked". I was give 25 extremely skinny and hard pretzels. Almost like they re-heated yesterdays left-overs. DO NOT GO HERE

Owner was very rude to his workers i feel really bad for them. Their customer service was very good despite everything being said. I don't think they are being paid enough to be treated like this. Pretzels are really good though.

There was nothing ready to order, 10 minute wait for a 3 dollar pretzel that you had to buy extra mustard with as an add on. The establishment was really cutting corners, hate to see it.

Walked in at 1:15 on superbowl Sunday. The place was hopping! I was told a 1-2 hour wait. Understandable, as they were selling platters and boxes of 50 by the truckload. I came back 45 minutes later and my pretzels were ready!Hot out of the oven. Crispy and toasted on the outside, soft and hot on the inside, with a generous coating of salt. Easier to scrape some off than add more I say!I live 15-20 minutes away in Glen Burnie and just now stumbled on this place. Screw you Gambrills….you get all the good stuff! I’ll be a new regular here. Extremely delicious. Extremely affordable . Very reminiscent of the old Hot Sams pretzels in the old Glen Burnie mall, which went out of business around 1995. I tasted my childhood today, and it was beyond delicious!!!
Only been once but will definitely be going again. The pretzels are amazing and much better than what you might find at a Mall or anyplace else. Not to mention how cheap they are, the value is great.

Horrible pretzels, cold, hard and the place is just disgusting! Dirty and smell bad... Saw a small cockroach and left. After talking to a local they mentioned they have mice. Department of health should come and do an inspection.
