The manager at the Waugh Chapel location, Bryan, cares about his customers deeply! When car problems resulted in a need for a jump he helped out immediately and was very hospitable! The staff in general was very kind, and I greatly appreciate their dedication to service.

Bad experience here unfortunately. Our server needed more training and focus. He repeatedly forgot our requests such as the bottomless sides-sauces, brought the wrong orders, and drink refills were slow. He sent my blood sugar though the roof with a regular peach Lemonade even though I asked many times if it was sugar free because I'm diabetic but I was reassured it was sugar free... it wasnt! Food was cold. Prices are a little high in my opinion. The restaurant itself is set up nicely with comfortable table seating and sports on the tvs. It was pretty quiet too being only a few customers visiting that evening. The apps were delicious and the campfire sauce was a pretty good dipping choice. The food plated was presented nicely ttoo. Overall if the server and mistakes didn't happen it would have been a better dining experience.

Let me just say, you can never go wrong with the food. So good. However, I'm simply posting for the poor hostess. She was seating us and the manager was SOOO belittling! So rude to her in front of us. The way he was talking down to her made my 12 yr old daughters uncomfortable to listen and watch. One of my daughters kept asking me , "what did she do wrong?" The hostess just seemed a little confused as to what he was asking her to do but the way he was talking down to her as if she was stupid was not okay especially in front of customers.

Just waited for 30 minutes and watch every other table around us get service. Finally just walked out.
Don't arrive hungry because it'll be some time. Don't think you'll get clean utensils. Ask for everything at once or for multiples of drinks because there'll be long stretches between service calls.The food is overpriced.No, I didn't pick this place. No, if I can help it I won't be back.

This was a great experience. The food was amazing. This was the best Red Robin burger I’ve had in years! Kat was my server and did a good job serving our table. The shift manager, Shane was great! The way he greeted us and made sure we had a wonderful experience from the time we came in until we left.

It's always a treat to go to Red Robin. They have something for everyone. They also have a good kids menu and can't beat the free balloon kids get on the way out.We had a Sunday night dinner with family. Andrew was great, very attentive. He has a sense of humor which made it fun too. The food overall was good, the fish & chips weren't the table fav but everyone else really enjoyed the burger, the wrap and the mac n cheese.Again, it's always a treat and they met my expectations!

This was a very nice Red Robin! It's in a beautiful shopping area. Their in-house veggie burger is my favorite and never disappoints. The service was on point. The front entrance could use a little work, redecorating would be nice but it was nice and roomy for waiting customers.
