Server was great. Food was good. Broccoli was a little over cooked but got hot butter which helped. Good atmosphere.
Such a love/hate relationship with this place. We have been to this location 4-5 times and most of the time it’s pretty good. However, today we tried to go for lunch and the restaurant’s system went down. Not sure what they have a computer system for, but we decided to leave. Place has so much potential, but I feel as though it’s being squandered by incompetence at the upper levels. I’ll never give up on Red Robin
Myself and my extended family were in about 1 weeks ago. Our server, Charles was outstanding. We were a party of 9 and he took excellent care of us. The food was good and the service outstanding. He saw to our every need and was always around If we needed him.

The $10 cheeseburger special, although smaller than regular burgers, is tasty and comes with great onion rings. Many diners find the onion rings to be among the best, and the shakes are notably generous.
