I went here to celebrate my friend's birthday for brunch, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we got to the buffet line, most of the trays were empty, and there weren't any plates available. Even after waiting, the staff refilled only a few items — they never restocked the fruit or salad. The worst part was when I found a long piece of hair inside my cupcake — not on top, but baked into it. The waitress was apologetic and said she would take care of it, but when we got the bill, nothing had been adjusted. After I mentioned it, she said she'd speak with the manager. It took another 5–10 minutes for him to come over, and when he finally did, he was dismissive and unprofessional. He shrugged it off and said, “Well, that happens when you're at a buffet,” which was shocking and completely unacceptable. He didn't even apologize for the situation. Eventually, he offered only a 10% discount, which didn't feel like a fair resolution given the experience. Between the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional management, I won't be coming back here again.

Food was great but there was one surprise I was not expecting. There was an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill. I had no idea this was the case. We were there having Sunday Brunch where we served ourselves and the only thing our waitress did was take away our plates and bring our drinks. I don't think that $28 tip was warranted. I do not appreciate being forced to give a tip. This put a damper on my experience.

Service and food is always top tier when I go here. I loved the shrimp and scallop risotto.

Not crowded on a Tuesday. Nice decor, comfortable seating. Will, our, server, was excellent. Had a great time, excellent food and service, we will be back.

I've dined at this restaurant many times, and overall, it's a good place to eat. However, my 4-star rating for both food and service is based specifically on my last two Brunch visits. On both occasions—around 12:30, right in the middle of service hours—there were empty chafing pans and plates on the buffet line, and several hot dishes were not even warm. While the staff eventually refilled the empty items, a well-managed buffet should ensure that dishes are consistently stocked and maintained at proper serving temperatures. Not sure what the issue is but I sure hope it's fixed soon - Good overall restaurants are not easy to find.

Overall food was good, but the grits were too stiff and lumpy. Food attendants were a little slow refilling the bacon and sausage pans.

Went on a Friday night. The service was prompt and the food was amazing. It was not busy so the server was very responsive and gave excellent service. I really enjoyed my Friday night diner there and will be going back. There was also live music that complimented the ambiance of the restaurant.

This isn't a real place. The photos of this establishment are a fancy restaurant. Has nothing to do with 'Rustic Pizza Kitchen'.

The restaurant was closed due to a power outage, but I didn't find out until I arrived for dinner. No advanced notification at all.

The food was great and the service was excellent. Two managers came over during our meal to make sure that everything was going well.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and for the most part the service was good. After settling the bill, I asked for a fork to finish a dessert and was told in a polite yet stern manner that we had surpassed the time limit, and no further service could be granted for a settled check. It was near the end of the brunch hours, there wasn't a wait at the door, and we had spent a considerable sum of money. I was insulted and noticed we stayed the same amount of time as most of the patrons we walked in with. Has to be a better way to drive that point home than to deny PAID patrons a fork. Not sure I will be back. That singular exchange left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely would not recommend the brunch to others for fear of such a silly exchange.
