I don't know why I keep giving this place another try. They are always stingy on everything, from the meats to the toppings, the two women who always work together have horrible attitudes and don't even try to ask for a few more toppings or the ladies will mumble in Spanish under their breath, as if you can't understand them. They have the worst attitude of any employees I've ever seen, they act like you are bothering them as soon as they see you come through the door and never, ever smile. The prices are more than any other Subway, hardly ever accept coupons and if you use your Subway App points, they will become irritated! There are way more places in the area to buy a better sub with employees who actually care about their customers, are pleasant and friendly and who have a smile on their face. These ladies need to have immediate customer service training with an added class of how to not have a angry or unpleasant attitude while working!

You will leave still hungry. Very skimpy with toppings. Asked for more spinach and got about 4 more leafs, asked for green peppers and had to ask for more as she only put maybe 4 slivers on my 6” sub

I am a bit disappointed that I felt the need to post this review. Typically I have had great experiences at this subway. However, today on my one afternoon off as a teacher I went in to get my dad and I some lunch and was completly embarrassed. I pre ordered out of respect for the lunch crowd but made a small mistake on my order. Instead of being understanding I was met with a disgusted look on their faces and sort of reprimanded for not changing a small part of my order that had no cost difference. To avoid conflict I kept my order the same and felt too embarrassed to order the rest of my items. I wish they would understand that everyone is human and we all make mistakes. This one was not large at all and it makes me anxious to think others in the store were watching as I flustered to correct my order. I wish not to get anyone in trouble but for this to never happen again to me or anyone else.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies.. I personally only eat veggie delight wraps every now and then I get the turkey club but very infrequent. I really only go for the veggie wrap made to order.

Came in with a coupon for a 6.99 foot long- and I didn’t realize it didn’t apply to the sandwich that I ordered, no big deal I will pay full price and use the coupon at another time. I waited at the register for someone to ring me up, during this time, I watched them complete a mobile order, and someone else came in and ordered before even putting her sandwich in the toaster She proceeded to attempt to ring the lady after me, I’m standing here and I say I’m waiting to be rung up for my sandwich, and she continues to ignore me so I walked out.I am also fully fluent in Spanish, so the smart remarks that they made pissed me off even more but it’s OK. You don’t have to worry about me coming back to this location ever again.

The person who served us was rude, just wanted to "get it over with" kind of attitude. She did honor the coupon, which I appreciated. When I asked for shredded cheese she got hardly any, a light three finger pinch of the cheese that she spread over the whole foot lo g sub. I asked her about it and she was only willing to add cheese if I paid extra. I am certain she didn't even put enough for a 6 inch sub, and I ordered a 12 inch.I go to subway a lot, I have never received so little shredded cheese or such bad service.I would recommend going somewhere else.The food taste fine, so you probably won't be terribly disappointed if you need to stop by. And they did honor the coupon, however I wonder if it was with reluctancy and the reason for the shrewd pinch of cheese.
