I got food poisoning after eating a sandwich with diced chicken from this location.

I tried to call and let them know so they can figure out the issue but they just said to call their boss and let the boss know. I dont know who the boss is or what the phone number is.

This store is suppose to be up and running at 8am through out the week. It is never open on time the service sucks the employees give you attitude when being served. Then on top of that I had hair in my food. I don’t know what is going on but they need to get it together. If I could give them 0 stars I would have.

I placed an online order at 11am with a pick up time of 12:20. I arrived at 12:25 pm and there was no order to pick up. When I questioned about my order, the staff was rude, dismissive and looked at me as if I did something wrong. To confirm, I showed my confirmation number and the guy still questioned me and asked if for the address of the Subway. The guy said wait a while. I was like for what as the order was placed an hour agoTwo of the reps walked off and left me standing there.

The third team member said that someone walked off with my order. He then proceeded to make two of the sloppiest sandwiches I have ever had. I will give him credit that he at least apologized.

I will never as long as I am living visit this location again. The customer service is awful and the entire staff needs to be fired immediately!!

I paid for these subs which is honestly bad enough. But the black olives were CLEARLY spoiled. I threw both subs away and contacted subway for a refund and to share my experience. The manager/owner? Of this location apologized and said he’d ’share my feedback with the team’. When I responded back saying I’d like a refund he offered a free 6 in sub for my next visit? I let him know I’m not planning to visit again and would like a refund due to literally not eating these subs. I have yet to hear from him, even with a follow up email. It’s not the amount of money paid, it’s the principle. Ghosting customers when your business has made a mistake is ridiculous. And by the looks of the other reviews, I’m not the only one that has had issues with this location.

I’ve been coming here for a while but lately the ladies working there are just plain rude and nasty. I don’t know how bad the work environment is but there is no reason to treat customers like we don’t matter. I ordered a drink through the app which was a fountain drink. The drink I wanted was unavailable no problem. I didn’t none of the other drinks so I politely asked if I can replace the unavailable drink I paid for with something in the fridge. The lady was very nasty and said you need to get something out of the fountain too bad. This is unacceptable and I will no longer be ordering from here. I’m sure they done care but I want to at least warn others.

I don't know why I keep giving this place another try. They are always stingy on everything, from the meats to the toppings, the two women who always work together have horrible attitudes and don't even try to ask for a few more toppings or the ladies will mumble in Spanish under their breath, as if you can't understand them. They have the worst attitude of any employees I've ever seen, they act like you are bothering them as soon as they see you come through the door and never, ever smile. The prices are more than any other Subway, hardly ever accept coupons and if you use your Subway App points, they will become irritated! There are way more places in the area to buy a better sub with employees who actually care about their customers, are pleasant and friendly and who have a smile on their face. These ladies need to have immediate customer service training with an added class of how to not have a angry or unpleasant attitude while working!

You will leave still hungry. Very skimpy with toppings. Asked for more spinach and got about 4 more leafs, asked for green peppers and had to ask for more as she only put maybe 4 slivers on my 6” sub

I am a bit disappointed that I felt the need to post this review. Typically I have had great experiences at this subway. However, today on my one afternoon off as a teacher I went in to get my dad and I some lunch and was completly embarrassed. I pre ordered out of respect for the lunch crowd but made a small mistake on my order. Instead of being understanding I was met with a disgusted look on their faces and sort of reprimanded for not changing a small part of my order that had no cost difference. To avoid conflict I kept my order the same and felt too embarrassed to order the rest of my items. I wish they would understand that everyone is human and we all make mistakes. This one was not large at all and it makes me anxious to think others in the store were watching as I flustered to correct my order. I wish not to get anyone in trouble but for this to never happen again to me or anyone else.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies.. I personally only eat veggie delight wraps every now and then I get the turkey club but very infrequent. I really only go for the veggie wrap made to order.
