Taichi Bubble Tea - Crofton Station

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food was delicious and great. I will be back again.

Management sucks.

Today my wife went to order pick up food she ordered at the register. She waited a half hour while other people got their orders. Had she not inquired she would still be standing there. There was a staff of 5 people and no apology. Her order was ready but they didn’t even ask what her order number was while she was waiting. This is decent place to go to but we will not be going there after today.

I like the food and the drinks are great; however, at our last visit I was taking my small daughter to lunch and they were playing music that had really foul language, and when I asked if they were aware and would they change it, they refused. I understand this isn't a problem for many people, but if you care about that, or have small children that you don't want repeating f-bombs, be forewarned.

Unfortunately, I had already ordered when the song came on 😔

So where to start- I will say that some of the staff working there gave the vibes of not wanting to be there. I asked a question about one of the food items, and when the cashier asked a member in the back about it- said member that answered looked irritated about me asking a question and gave me a not so pleasant stare.

Second of all, the entire time I was there waiting for my drink and food, the music playing in the establishment was nothing but full of racial slurs and profanity (this makes me not want to bring my family here for a treat). Now I don’t have an issue with the type of music people listen to, BUT in this situation- it is NOT work appropriate (it seems like I’m not the only customer who has expressed this particular matter based on other reviews).

Lastly, I will say that the food was good and tasty, BUT the taro milk tea was disappointing. What I received was watered down taro milk tea with boba. To say that the drink wasn’t even drinkable, therefore I didn’t even end up drinking it (so that was a waste of money).

Delicoius food!! Highly recommend. Easy to customize if you are gluten free. 5/5!!

American rap with racial slurs on repeat is not exactly the vibe I expect from a Bubble tea/Poke place

DO NOT GO HERE ! I found out there was dead bug in my drink after taking a sip and it went in my mouth. And when I called to talk about it the workers seemed VERY unprepared/inexperienced for this type of situation. They said they would talk to the manager but I HAD to ask the person working there if they needed my number to get back to me, so were they ever gonna resolve the issue? NO! they never reached back either and I’m highly disappointed because I’ve been going here for a while with no issues but the way it was handled speaks volumes and has made me not want to go to this franchise ever again nor did I get a refund. Thank you for traumatizing me.

love their food!

The bubble tea was good but the customer service was bad. The person at the counter seemed annoyed to take my order and didn’t greet me at all. Not a place I would recommend if quality customer service means something to you.

We tried the spicy tonkotsu ramen and the chicken bowl — both were so good! 🔥🍜 The ramen had the perfect kick without being overpowering, and the broth was rich and flavorful.
My husband’s chicken bowl was just as delicious — super tender and packed with flavor. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

Got the brown sugar and it tasted like tea, wasn’t sweet enough and overall not good.
