the manager should be fired by the owner. This is the worst dominoes location by far and I’ve visited multiple. Save yourself the $20 on a horrible meal.

I called to complain about my order and the employees kept hanging up the phone even the manager laughed and hung up i called 5 times and nothing was done . Very rude disrespectful and worst costumer service ever !!!

Don’t buy pizza from here, you’re better off driving 5 miles to find a better location. Horrible service, rude staff that mess up your order and takes hours to deliver.
We are human and we make mistakes that we learn from. I ordered a large thin crust pineapple, ham and black olives from this location and got a large thin crust pineapple, ham and jalapeños instead. I dislike jalapeños with a passion…, especially on pizza. I called the store to inform them of the mistake and they apologized and was ready to make a new pizza a deliver it as soon as possible. I informed them that it was kinda late and I made other dinner plans at that point. The staff advised that the pizza would be credited to my account for a future delivery. I called today,as I was craving Dominos thin crust, to claim the credited pizza. I explained what happened previously and without no other questions the staff said we’ll get it to you asap. A few minutes after I placed the order, I received a call from the store. It was a staff member just double checking my order as to not make the same mistake twice. After confirming my order I was advised that my pizza was on its way. Approximately 25 later, my pizza arrived and was delivered by a friendly female delivery driver. I checked the pizza and it was correct. It was hot and delicious, exactly what I was craving. Big shoutout to the friendliness of the stores staff and making the mistake easy to fix without making me feel awkward. And from these experiences, I will always be a loyal customer of this Domino’s pizza. I wish I had their names at store#4685(I believe) Frederick rd., Germantown Md., because they deserve some recognition for awesome customer care and service.

This is a review not just based on 1 time order. I ordered pizza from this location multiple times in the past, and every time it almost ended disappointing. I specifically add buffalo sauce on the top of my pizza and later after going home realized they never added it. This happened every time I ordered. I can understand if there are many orders to serve at that time, but I was the only person who has the order, I can clearly see it on the screen. Even when there’s no demand they are missing the instructions clearly. Few of them don’t even provide crushed peppers properly. I never saw a restriction on how many of them to be provided for 1 large pizza. I felt like the person was making this up. After few minutes I waited outside and went in again, another person helped me to get as many as I want. Clearly what’s going on?
