I called to complain about my order and the employees kept hanging up the phone even the manager laughed and hung up i called 5 times and nothing was done . Very rude disrespectful and worst costumer service ever !!!
We are human and we make mistakes that we learn from. I ordered a large thin crust pineapple, ham and black olives from this location and got a large thin crust pineapple, ham and jalapeños instead. I dislike jalapeños with a passion…, especially on pizza. I called the store to inform them of the mistake and they apologized and was ready to make a new pizza a deliver it as soon as possible. I informed them that it was kinda late and I made other dinner plans at that point....read full review
